At 1:51 in the first moment I thought it could be a part of a (mammoth) vertebra. If it is a vertebra you can see the spinous process and part of the vertebral arch. The transverse process and the vertebral body is broken. This is my suggestion. Maybe I'm wrong and it's part of a leg bone 🤔 Either way, nice video my friend 👍🏻🤠

I was just looking at some Mammoth Vertebra pictures and yes i see what you are saying the piece that comes off the vert you maybe right , thanks for watching , I have given this to a fellow fossil hunter she will probably get a ID for it as have no idea lol

Facinating finds mate. I do love seeing these Norfolk Coast videos because totally different stuff. Especially the random bits of bone and teeth. Are they from the ice age?

I think these bone and teeth date from somewhere within the Pleistocene maybe 500,000 to 2 million years old. But open to corrections on that , thanks for checking out the video

Looking good mate. Never seen so much bone before ha ha i will have to have a visit there next year. Iron pyritic nodules have destroyed more tips then you can believe i only use the tungsten carbide tips now for that reason. Big ammonite is coming on nicely looking forward to seeing if the center is all there !! I will have a stunning time lapse up over the next day or two of a huge multi block i found so keep you eyes out for that buddy

I will be keeping a lookout for the timelapse, do you know what species that big ammonite is I am working on hopefully it is there right to the centre that would be crazy . Conditions have to be right on these beaches round here , you can find stuff one day and zero the next , waiting for a big winter storm that would seriously uncover some material

Thanks for watching I don’t have any books on the Norfolk coast unfortunately, but when at Yorkshire I do keep with me “Fossils Of The Whitby Coast” by Dean Lomax , just as a quick reference in case I need to identify something
