Get them while you can, You just know some F--KING moron is going to mess it up for the rest of us someday. I have 2 Fostechs and 4 franklin armory triggers on pre order for my Hk and MP3 knock offs. If Fostech made trigger's for the Hk I would have went with them but for now only Franklin has them on pre-order.

In your experience, how does this trigger compare with the "rain down fire" FA setting?

john hakami This trigger, in my opinion, is more effective than Full Auto (In a rifle), or burst. With full auto you lose a lot of control, and with burst the third round, typically, misses. By bringing this down to two rounds you retain a significant amount of control resulting in the percentage of shots hitting the target increasing dramatically.

No special tools needed. Just some knowledge. There's an installation video on Fostech's website that I recommend you watch before or while you are installing your Echo.

@@gun_coyote not entirely true, one of my rifles (Anderson lower) didn't have enough side-to-side clearance to accommodate the trigger group. I could have just milled it out a bit, but u put it in another lower, and it worked

you would be pulling the tigger faster than the gun can cycle. idk how this would handle it but I've heard you can go faster than the gun with the binary trigger alone. basically the gun can physically only shoot so fast. puling the trigger faster than that will just make stuff fall out of order

It’s neat....it’s cool. But why have one? I love to target practice for recreation, and it hard to stay on target with almost full auto. When I was in the Army our drill sergeant let us shoot full auto. A little hard to control an M-16 on full auto. Now if we were being invaded by a foreign country.......wait. We kinda are. I could understand that now. Or if your out in the woods, and come across a bear.......or wild hog. But other than that. I’m gonna keep mine plain jane with the exception of I changed out the springs bringing it down to a 3.5 trigger pull.

The advantage to Echo Mode stems from what we've learned with Burst in the M16/M4. The first two rounds typically impact the target with the third round missing. Utilizing the features of the Echo trigger with a two shot system we are maximizing target engagement without wasting a round of ammunition. The old adage "Anything worth shooting is worth shooting twice."

If you have the money why not? The semi auto trigger pull is better than a stock trigger(in my opinion) and the 2 round burst is almost impossible to get hammer follow on so is practical. No real disadvantage other than being slightly more mechanically complicated and the cost.

Yes, the Silenerco wrap is not going to survive. Rifles Only makes one that is rated for higher rates of fire, and is available for almost the same price as the Silencerco wrap.

As long as you have an M16 BCG in your rifle it will work. Being a Colt you need to make sure it is not a Big Pin M4. This is only a concern for select older Colt rifles.
