Hey guys, I’ve read the comments and see people commenting about how interruptive I was at points in this podcast. I was, and I apologize . I was having a bad day and I let my frustrations out in some of these conversations and was being a little more aggressive and not letting others talk when I should have. No excuse. I should be more respectful to my friends. Probably should have been one I sat out until my head was right. I even texted Fouad after the podcast and told him I didn’t like how I conducted myself. So I’m sorry to everyone who I made this a bit rage inducing to listen to at points. I’ll be better next time. 🙏

Iain the show wouldn't be what it is without you. Me and you have great dialogue so I wouldn't worry too much about it, we all have shitty episodes here and there. At the end of the day the show is still fun and when it isn't we take a break.

Quint got used to taking those pictures in his own gym, where he's the man and has everyone hyping him up, and once dialed in found out he has gaps everywhere. This isn't Matt's fault. I agree quint has the right to do as he pleases, but imo, 1 showing isn't enough evidence to leave, if anything matt would've only used this defeat to come back better. Quint just being a young man in his 20s.

I think Matt may have been more concentrated on Nick for NY. I think Quinton was originally shooting for Cali and decided on NY closer to the show. In Quintons defense this isnt just a "coach hop" you put in 2 years of growing, and the end result was lighter, and worse then your last showing. At the pro level from a coach of that prestige I would and expect and want better. That is alot of time invested and im sure money paid, with the expectations at the pro level to atleast be slightly improved.

I run MENT (Trestolone) You guys are completely off the mark with it being more toxic or worse for you than tren. It was in clinicals for 30 years as the only studied complete Testosterone replacement and Male contraceptive. I've never taken more than 100mg a week and I take the Decanoate Ester which can be very difficult to find. Zero BP issues, perfect bloodwork after 6months at 52.5mg/wk bloodwork after 100mg/wk was unchanged. No gyno, moderate water retention, big strength and fullness, strong gains (I'm not an IFBB pro I'm size 6'1 260 soft and massive in clothes, so results may vary) Before anyone asks, yes 52.5mg/wk is my cruise. There may be potential differences in perceived sides from the acetate ester similar to how many people report extra problems running tren ace vs tren enth or hex. Using ment with many other compounds may also exacerbate sides from other compounds or synergize with them to create new sides. Doesn't give me tren skin fully but skin quality, face quality is definitely improved.

You should re-structure the scoring to be a weighted average of the top 10. So, if you get the #1 spot right, that is worth more than getting the 10th spot right. For example, #5 spot is worth 1 point, #1 spot is wort 1.5 points, #10 spot is worth 0.5 point with .1 increments in between. Maybe someone better than me at excel can comment on how to do that.

He realized that late in life, it's not good to recommend roids to new users unless you have a ton of pharmacology knowledge. Now rewind back to @8:30 😅

Seth if you do happen to read this.. I was born in New jersey and was there until middle school before my family moved back India for good. I was one of those kids that knew he wanted to be a doctor since he was 13. I was always really good at school. Here in India you can get into med school right after 12th grade, via a super competitive entrance exam. If your rank is good enough, which mine was, you can get into a government institution for medicine at about $1000 in total tuition fee lol. Compared to the $150,000 private institutions might charge. You become a doctor in about 5 and half years. I got in. Ended up taking a 2 year haitus before my final semester due to mental health and realising how much i didnt like about the field of medicine. When a 16 year old girl says she wants to be something as specific as an orthopedic surgeon.. it might not be as well thought out as you think. It cant be. Because you dont have the faintest idea of what it entails. I think its a little early to fixate on what you want to ultimately be, without figuring out your options first. I would encourage you to persuade her to keep her options open, and look out for opportunities throughout undergrad to figure out where exactly her passions lie. Hope you make a comeback Seth cant wait to see you on stage again

Get those pre reqs at community college then transfer out and only pay half the amount of money. That’s what I did and was still able to work enough at my job.
