The DVD of Jay Cutler called ''From Jay to Z'' was the first video/DVD I ever watched in 2006/2007 from a Bodybuilder with that amount of mass! I was so impressed. That same day I went to the gym in 2006 I guess and discovered the sport of Pro bodybuilding thanks to Jay's inspiration!

On the progressive overload topic. I think a lot of people forget the key ingredient you guys inadvertently talked about which is the consistency. Even though Fouad stayed at 405 on squat for years and still grew the reason is the consistency with training and food FOR YEARS AND YEARS. I think some of the people that go so deep in the rabbit hole of making sure you add a 2.5lb plate at all cost or else are also maybe missing workouts or meals here and there. Just being consistent over years and years in itself is PROGESSIVE
