A little story my wifes family never showed love/affection/emotion . Background a single mother bringing up 3 kids and her mother went to residential school (indigenous woman) she brings a whole new meaning to Stone Cold , so i encouraged my wife to tell her she loves her etc . And wow her mom cried literally for days because nobody in her life ever said that to her . Now they say love you every chance they get . Imagine the first time that someone ever said i love you to you and it came when you were 65 yrs old 🤯 . How this woman survived residential school is beyond me but im extremely thankful . What it did to her and her siblings is indescribable . Show Love and be kind is the true answer❤️

As an ex heroin addict we used to use those diabetic syringes for so long that people would sharpen them on a sliding glass window and youd have to rub the black rubber part attached to the plunger in your ear to grease it enough to get a shot out. The heated heroin would dry the rubber out over time i guess. Crazy shit looking back on it that was about a decade ago

Hey Fouad, Hope you are doing great. My name is Mark Tyler and i am writing this message to let you know how much i appreciate you and what you do for the sport of bodybuilding. I watch your content everyday and i am completely motivated and inspired by you in terms of what you do and have achieved as a human being, bodybuilder and businessman. Your life story is truly remarkable. Also since i have been following you for a couple of years now i have noticed you health is not the best. Not being a doctor or a professional i can only suggest from my point of view some suggestions as i do have great knowledge on being healthy. You most probably know much more but a different set of eyes could always help. Me knowing you have high bp and kidney issues this is what i recommend for you- 1. Keep training the same. 2. Water intake at least 4-5 litres daily, but you most probably already do this. 3. Yes you can continue using TRT and minimal doses of other things you do. It would be preferable though if you just stuck to TRT nothing else. 4. Dont overdo it with antibiotics and skip herbal supplements. 5. Quit smoking or minimise its use to the fullest. 6. Watch your salt intake, follow a ketogenic diet if not at least a modified ketogenic diet. For eg carbs only before workout, etc. I know on keto training is not the best but you have to make a choice training or your health ?. For real this time get your weight to at least 215-220 pounds. Get in a deficit, again you must choose food and temporary satisfaction or your health, family and lifespan ? 7. Do as much as running as possible for cardio. Yes do walking or jogging but running will be getting the most bang for your buck in terms of cardiovascular and overall health. 8. Just enjoy life and dont worry about things that dont matter.

The day after, i eat pretty clean but every week i have 1 cheat meal and my body just feels like crap i feel nauseous, bloated, still get a good pump at the gym, but over all just crap my body's always been like this, I'm just wondering if this is a shock to my body, from either the greas or sugars just makes me not want to cheat meal anymore,

I think you should have the lower tier shows be the qualifiers for the higher tier shows and then those shows are where olympia qualifications are. it could narrow 30 guys into 5-10 good shows where top 1 or maybe even top 2 or 3 can qualify and it would only be 20 guys in the olympia.

For limiting competitors at the O, IMO the simplest Solution is just: Top 3-5 in each class qualify, and there’s a set amount of shows, ex:15 shows for the season, could be 18-20z Ok its uniform for all classes, 20-25 per class. Winners only, no points.

They can do a set number of direct Olympia qualifying shows. Mr Olympia winners get the invite. The lower tier shows work on a point system, and then they have a final show for the lower tier points guys winner goes to the Olympia. You can get 5-8 guys from the points system to battle it out for the Olympia spot.
