Stefan is insanely good at breaking down physiques, I feel like he sees and picks up on things others dont or would have trouble putting into words, Quinton having trouble activating muscles I would have never noticed myself, but is quite obvious once he said it for example.

Make this a regular podcast! Stefan is awesome... He's a humble mad professor and entertaining too. It feels like he's having a 'breakout' moment right now in the industry. I think we need to pump the brakes on Quint. He's Mr Olympia on IG and always being hyped, but on stage he's many, many pounds of mass away from being truly competitive. Huge potential but that's a big, long frame to fill out.

Stage pictures and videos look so much better in 1440p than 720p. It's probably why people complain about the podcast being in only 720p. Sure most of it is just us looking at all your pretty faces, but you do spend enough time on Instagram looking at stuff while talking about it that the extra crispness would be nice. Not sure how much it will translate from you casting your screen vs. inserting it in post-production while editing, but I have no doubt it will look better than it does now which is really grainy lol.

He is VERY good and his analysis is spot on!! However, trying to judge a physique on IG is impossible bc 99.999% dont have that IG look on stage

What I see that is really hurting Nick is that his midsection is now even with his Chest. Nothing beats that look that Samson and guys that have the Chest that goes way out from the midsection
