I live a town over from where Matt grew up in PA. I used to train at the same powerlifting gym and after that closed I saw him at my current gym a couple times right after he turned pro, I never got the chance to talk to him but I remember his progression, his girlfriend helping him film his videos at the gym and all that. It’s awesome to see someone that probably lived 15-20mins from me go on in life to become what he’s become. Godspeed Matt!

I find for myself the biggest thing that can trigger my anxiety is where my estrogen is at evem slightly too high or low. I have to be in sweet spot at all times. Constantly chasing the sweet spot 24/7, feels great when yoi are in it but all a balancing act. Trying to always tweak my test and masteron ratio. Hate ai's as even low doses crash me then makes anxiety way worse
