So glad the Yankees missed out on Bobby Bonilla 2.

If you don't perform, Devin, the Yankee fans will eat you alive. Don't forget that. But hey, it's only one year.

He's as cool as it gets. He thrives in the spotlight. Ended the season with a hic-up but he will be doing nasty things as a closer for yall. Sad to see him go, but it's the life we live as Brewer fans.

Brewer fan here. Williams walks a lot of people. He can have clean saves, but overall your on pins and needles most of his appearances. He also blew the playoffs for us. You can have him

After watching Chapman and Holmes for the better part of a decade, it’ll just be a continuation of the same style of closer. Enjoy Nestor, when he’s on, he’s a magician. This is a great trade on both ends.

I see the Yankees possibly trading for Eugenio Suarez and Jordan Montgomery. Arizona isn’t the biggest spender, they want to unload Monty after the owner admitted that signing him was a mistake. Suarez is a FA after this year. If you eat the Monty contract and take Suarez I can see Arizona not asking for much other than the relief of salary.

From a brewers fan he's a great pitcher but be ready for bases loaded or at least a couple men on base every single 9th inning

Agree, my comment was similar. The walks will be coming Yankee fans.

23.14 Postseason ERA. 27.00 in 2023 and 21.60 in 2024. Seems perfect for the Yankees. 🤣🤣

I think an offseason of work could make Jazz an elite defender at 3b
@cityhawk14 сағат бұрын
I agree with the assessment that I’d rather have Chisholm play at 2B. Volpe and Chisholm up the middle would make for a very good combo.

@jimmyz20985 сағат бұрын
LOL He's never played. 3rd in his Life. It was a miracle that he hung in there as long as he did to end last season. No way. He's an elite CF and 2B. He could maybe hold on at 3rd. But he needs to be our starting 2B. Oswald Peraza can handle 3rd... if they don't get a 3B out in the market. I love Jazz at Second.

2:59 so you don’t hold it against him for the Alonso bomb but you hold it against Clase? Granted one bomb vs giving up Clase giving up more runs in the playoffs then he did all season. I’m still giving the best reliever title to Clase. Devin is in a different class/style but right behind him. Maybe Hader can get back to his ways and that would change the conversation

Great move last season I just think Milwaukee just over used him. He’s a stud. ✊🏽🏆☑️

This is a great move for yankees! We have to wait and see who is the real winner of Soto signing.

I’d rather keep jazz at third base I feel like his strong arm would be a waste at second base
@gregthegroove6 сағат бұрын
I love Devin but him and Clase struggled big time in the playoffs. Especially Emmanuel Clase. I’m glad we got Devin out of the NL Central and the Brewers got worse, as a Cubs fan, good day.

@Gdoor141712 сағат бұрын
@ I’m not sleeping on either of them just saying at face value Milwaukee should’ve gotten more. Especially given Nestor’s past season but I do trust the brewers - they seem to make the most out of anything they do

@paulgodbey30414 сағат бұрын
Maybe. Bellinger is excellent defender, which the Yankees are desperate for, but his bat is very streaky.

The Dodgers? They’ve got everyone on deferred money contracts and bought the best two Japanese pitchers in the last 20 years. Bought Freddie Freeman, traded for Mookie because the Red Sox couldn’t afford him… and the Dodgers don’t throw money around to win championships?
@smithdj41614 сағат бұрын
