You should wear some basic filter mask and water boots at least during these expeditions. The air inside those buildings have not been renewed in years, mixed with damp walls, rusty metals, old forniture full of fungus and rotten water. Yes it is bunker in Lithuania, Klaipeda city. These are urban, major factories at the time had bunkers similar to this underneath them. I am aware that ship building company VLG in klaipeda has one, also one of the heat plants near the city ceter has one, how many are there, who knows. It shows that Soviets were really ready for the nuclear exchange at the time.

The bathroom areas were typically poorly lighted, so frequently after return to civilian ownership, the new civilian owner would too often pay a some local construction company to knock a hole in the bathroom's exterior wall and put in a window so that the poorly lit bathroom would have enough light during the daytime for cosmetic usages such as shaving or applying makeup. Ideally, a larger percentage of the population would have had their own individual top-rate mechanically intact air raid shelter as a result of the cycle of Soviet espionage and British counterespionage. From the point of view of hindsight, unusually high quality foresight in bathroom lighting would have resulted in more civilian-owned air raid shelters being mechanically intact, rather than being mechanically compromised due to the civilian owners paying to have a hole knocked into the bathroom's exterior blast wall in order to have a bathroom window installed. If you go poking around KZbin, you will probably find more details about what long ago became civilian-owned air raid shelters in Britain due to the old cycle of Soviet espionage and British counterespionage that occurred decades ago during the 20th Century. The large sign with the bar graph at 5:11 says, ominously, "Harmful substances were released into the atmosphere in Lithuania in 1989" The graph scale is in thousands ("tukst") of units, so 431 thousand of something, possibly units of radiation. were released. That was the year Russia made its final push to clean up the Chernobyl site, so possibly an accidental, unrecorded (in the West) release happened that satellite states set up monitoring for.

It was impressive that you were able to start the generator. It is also impressive that the air was breathable. This video, specifically the audio editing, was unintentionally funny. God damn. These soviets were smart af. They were prepared. So prepared, in fact, that large numbers of people would have survived any attack that any nation would have thrown at them, for a little while at least. They were ready with hundreds of secret bunkers and secret equipment, so secret that I'm sure that there are still many undiscovered bunkers. While we were teaching our kids how to hide under a desk properly, they were already prepared.
