Phone fell off bike at 110. I found it sitting face down in the middle of the road after about 15 minutes of searching. Screen was pretty shattered but I've got packaging tape on it holding the glass in and it still works fine. Using it now in fact

Wild that it still works! Maybe you could try those glass “shatterproof” protectors you can get on Amazon for cheap, so at least it’s smoother than tape!

I believe you mentioned living in the Charlotte area. You should look into flying out of Concord. There are several flights from Concord to Florida that are really inexpensive. A few go to the Tampa region.
