I tried to have mine ceramic coated , its not easy to find a quality shop where I live . Plenty for cars not bikes .😢 I had my car done. I love the job they did.

Great Drone shots of Cadwell park. I’m on my second Gsa and the quick shifter is far better on my second one compared to the last one. The supreme coat does look great I must admit and glad you managed to get your drone back without too much damage 👍🏻

Thanks Simon. It’s not something that really bothers me and it’s just on the downshift sometimes. Just bike idiosyncrasies is all. The drone just needs propellers and rear landing gear, should be ok, I’ll test it in the next couple of weeks 👍

Jack, Bike Looks mint 👌. Had mine done by Supersheild at my home address. The bike was brand new (2 days old) and still looked better after it was done. Definitely recommend it.Great vlog as per. Take care, stay safe 🏍 👍

The bmw cradle Sat nav is actually very good ! I have the Nav 6 .. and I keep persuading myself it’s better .. but the bmw cradle Sat Nav is actually very good .. safe routes / places etc .. 8/10 😊

Jack, bike does look good. Had my Tiger Rally Explorer done up there, and they used both gloss and Matt finish ceramic on the paintwork, and it looked fabulous. Nice people too. Hope the drone is fixable. Thank you👍

Love the 1250 bmw in the process of saving some pennies and swapping my bike in for one. I Did think about the African Twin but I thought it would be not has comfortable and powerful another for me the wife and all the luggage to carry on long touring Trips

The Africa Twin is a great bike but for riding 2 up you’d need electronic suspension too, otherwise it’s too spongy.

Hi bud and thanks. I bought the decal from eBay so there’s no link to forward on unfortunately. It cost me about £44 including postage. Just remember to follow the instructions when you put it on your bike and use a water spray bottle. Otherwise you might balls it up like I did 🫣👍

Hi Jack it's a shame the GS's quick shifter is so unpredictable, the one on my KTM 890 Adventure R is just sublime up and down. I hope your plans for April come to fruition, it's good to get away from it all. The GS was fairly getting a wiggle on towards the end and that exhaust sounds good to me. I hope your drone just requires propellers, nothing major. I took delivery of a new bike ( to me) on Sunday, one you've reviewed in the past and had a blast 🤔😯😎 I put together a short video as rain stopped play and ruined my Rode receiver. I took it off and put it in my pocket but forgot I was wearing my mesh jacket. I'd be thrilled if you could cast your eye over it and give an honest opinion. Cheers Michael

Hi Dave, sorry buddy I’ve only just seen this message. The quick shifter and blipper are electronic wizardry that enables clutch less gear shifting. Quick shifter for going up the box and blipper for going down 👍

I'm currently driving a KTM 1290 SAS and want to change to a less agressive bike. So I'm choosing between Honda AT Adventure Sports and BMW r1250gs adventure. The GSA feels more rugged and the Honda a bit flashy. In Sweden the AT is £4000 cheaper than the GSA with same equipment. I'm 6.1" so height is no problem. I can't choose HELP me!!! (In Sweden Honda has 5 years warranty and BMW 3 years.)

Hi David, the best and most diplomatic way to answer whether I love the Panzer more than the AT is to say that I love them both equally, in different ways. The drone is fixable, just rotor blades and rear landing gear. Although, I still need to fly it again yet. I did pay for the Supremecoat job. I don’t get any freebie’s. I think I’d feel a little uncomfortable about it really, that’s why I do the Patreon thing instead. 👍

How do you find wind noise on the GS compared to the Africa Twin ?

It’s a lot better with the standard GS screen. No using the sport screen so I do get a certain amount of wind blast around my head and shoulders in it’s lowest position but it’s tolerable at speed in the high position 👍

It’s around £300, you’d have to contact them for a quote but there are other products now that are very good such as Autobrite ceramic sealant.

That GS HP is absolute shite! It is so shite that I had to buy the bigger GSA🤣🤣🤣🤣 Off course I am joking here. In my opinion it’s a three bikes in one. It can be a nice tourer, an off road beast had you have the skills and a hooligan yet again had you have those said skills! I was looking for over a year for a new(er) bike to replace my 2019 GS HP Low but there was only one way☝️☝️☝️ to the GSA so I bought the Trophy and awaiting delivery…hopefully before the months end. Many safe and happy miles my friend from across the pond. Come ride with me in Arizona show ya around a bit… Cheers✌️

It takes a lot of skill and it’s not a ride to the coffee shops😅😅 I miss the European mentality of riding since I was born in Greece but nonetheless I prefer riding out in the wilderness of massive roadways and away off course from the civilization 😂😂 The GS is THE bike for the long run and if it wasn’t why all the “others” are trying to make one as good?🙄🤔🤔 Soon I’ll have videos in such rides so you can save some coin😉🤣🤣
