Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru | Ultimate Sunday Brunch Buffet

Dear viewers, today I'm going to share with you our outstanding brunch buffet experience last Sunday (6th August), at the CUR8 restaurant, Four Seasons Hotel, Bengaluru. This is the most elaborate brunch spread I've seen so far; with seven live stations (including cocktail bar) featuring Indian, Italian, Continental and Asian cuisines. All dishes were cooked to perfection with authentic flavour and taste. The entrée, seafood counter and dessert counters were mind-blowing.
The restaurant also offers al fresco dining and private dining spaces for small gatherings, is one of the few pet-friendly restaurants in town (with a pet menu as well), and showcases a state-of-the-art Parillada Grill. Sunday brunch comes with live music and kids entertainment activities like face painting and magic card tricks.
It is preferable to make reservation in advance as the place seems to be quite busy on Sundays. Since the purpose of visit was my birthday treat, I had asked for a fresh fruit cake. The cake was delectable and not overtly sweet. It was light (fluffy whipped cream) and fresh (fruits), and had the crunch and nuttiness from the roasted almond flakes. Utterly delicious!
With an incredible array of gourmet food, and service and hospitality of the highest order, the Sunday brunch buffet at CUR8 is undoubtedly the best, premium, exotic and most luxurious brunch buffet I've enjoyed.

There is fancy indoor and outdoor dining near the open kitchen. The Sunday Brunch features not only Indian, but also Italian, continental and Asian cuisines 😋 I see pizza, lots of breads and an extensive fresh salad bar. You can build your own salad bowl. So much cheese and hummus choices too. You film it all so professionally 👍🏻 Chaats is new to me, which is popular street food. In pani puri, the crispy shell is filled with spicy, tangy (tamarind) water and sweet chutney. In dahi puri it's boiled potatoes, onions, tomatoes, curd, ground spices, chutneys etc. So basically the fillings are different. I'm glad to know that you like Indian cuisine.
