I’m sure they’ve done their calculations and due diligence but personally I feel that they over priced the units. The market for these properties will be limited to out of state consumers looking for a vacation home in Vegas. Even then they will have less expensive options being Waldorf as my first choice. Additionally, time is important to the wealthy who can afford these units. The location places them away from the strip on average of 30mins. Locals would definitely purchase a house with comparable strip views instead of these condos.

@@MichaelInTheDesert I understand but they would likely rather purchase a unit in the Waldorf. Less expensive, great security (I lived there when it was the Mandarin Oriental) and walking distance to casinos with great restaurants along with walking distance to the Vegas Knights games.

@@pokerpariah personally I think when people get older, they don’t want to be in the middle of it all. Vegas is getting so congested that you need a place to unwind and get away from all the hustle and bustle. I agree, that it’s expensive, but it’s a drop in the bucket for some people.

And when you mentioned "less expensive" Most of these clients want a trophy property which is usually new, exclusive and obnoxiously expensive. However I am with you though…. I would live at The Martin or even like you said Waldorf before living here. This project is just so isolated and nowhere near what makes Vegas….. well Vegas.
