Which has more issue with wildlife coming onto properties: Macdonald Highlands or The Ridges/The Summit Club areas?

summerlin is closer to the strip, the views are much more pronounced and "in your face" from the backyards than MH.

⁠I’ve literally toured Mesa ridge strip views, ironwood strip views, Christopher VU strip views, blue heron obsidian strip views. Summerlin strip views are CLOSER than Mac Highlands. Objective. Namaste

Hi! Are you referring to custom lots? Most are listed on the MLS as land. Let us know if you need any help locating these listings.

@@thethomasgrouplv Yes, custom lots. I know some of these communities only post a few lots even though they have more. I see some on Zillow, but only like 15 or so, very few under 2m. i don't mind the price so much, just need more options. Just wondering if that was the case for MacDonald Highlands
