Sound bomb mini…I installed on mine and went back; the stock horn is weaker but smaller footprint and hides better, Denali sticks out like a sore thumb and still sounds weak (though better). That’s my take.

I get it - it's a bit of an eye sore. Still, once installed, I've forgotten about it, and I definitely like the bigger sound - used it again today

Yes and no. According to the product literature it was plug-and-play which is why I bought it. However, that did not work after sounding it maybe twice. So I had to install a relay. So if you go in assuming you have to install the relay, you should be pretty happy with the product.

Bags are holding up well! Snaps are still tight, it’s holding its shape, connectors are in good shape. No complaints!

Perhaps. But being able to put clothes, gear and food in saddle bags has clear value on longer trips,. Similarly, adding a louder horn might save your life. Neither makes the bike run any differently but they deliver their own value.
