If i had to guess and that mauvier had dialogue with the winds, I can probably see it like: ~Vs Madleine~ Mauvier: "This is, quite unsettling You have Marni's face, but you are not her. I will take no pleasure in this battle." Madeline: "I refuse to believe it... The Mauvier of this world opposed the Divine Dragon? Forgive me, Mauvier, But we have to fight, Prepare yourself!" ~Vs Gregory~ Gregory: "This is unreal, I have to fight Mauvier? I would rather run away from doing this." Mauvier: "You look just like Griss, but your mannerism's are like night and day. I do not know if this is an illusion, but come!" Gregory: "Forgive me, big guy.. But alright, I will try to not make it hurt. Here i come, Mauvier!" ~Vs Zelestia~ Zelestia: "I am in shock... This Mauvier fights for Sombron? This will hurt me a lot more than it will hurt you." Mauvier: "You speak in a warmer way than Zephia, But you are not her. I would rather not fight you, but Lady Veyle's orders are absolute."

AU!Mauvier was the only one of the Xenologue world that was "fighting for" Sombron. (As a spy to fight against him.) He implies that that world's Veyle died at some point under his care. So it's likely that the other three never met the Veyle of their world.

Mauvier vs Mauvier isn't possible because the world of Elyos can only handle one Mauvier at a time. Any more than that and the fabric of reality gets destroyed from their sheer prescence.
