True for false , can the cops,violate your 4th amendment right , by them coming into your home , confiscate your pound of drugs , don’t arrest you , leave , and not pursue you for a crime? The cops not get sued for the 4th amendment violation

5:10 Correct yourself please. Police cannot conduct a search without a warrant unless they have reasonable articulate suspicion (ras) of a crime/probable cause. For example the officer can see what looks like illegal drugs sitting on a seat through the cars window.

What is there to correct? As you just said, they can conduct that search without a warrant. As I said.
