Fox News legal bomb rocks Murdoch empire: New tape unearthed as trial looms

Just days before the $1.6 billion case over lies, a federal judge sanctioning Fox News for withholding evidence. Lawyers for Dominion revealing a newly-unearthed audio recording of Rudy Giuliani admitting to a Fox host he “can't prove” some of the election conspiracy theories he promoted on air. Bloomberg reports Fox News chief Rupert Murdoch could take the stand immediately when the trial kicks off. MSNBC Chief Legal Correspondent Ari Melber reports on this extraordinary case.

Think how differently the whole election thing might have been made better if we actually got the actual real news. We have several news shows that commented on the elections, with varying points of view. But Fox News people were relentless and downright cruel with their comments, fomenting distrust between everyone. There should be differences between networks, etc. But Fox took it to a whole other level that largely created and sustained issues about election integrity, etc. and are directly responsible for the mass of disinformation that put all the channels on the spot. Only Fox is responsible for the greatest portion of this insanity. I hope they have to pay and pay dearly.

Cancel your cable and satellite service if you haven't already. Faux "news" gets 90% of its revenue from cable contracts. The forced bundling of channels results in every subscriber paying them $20/year whether you watch them or not. As such, advertisers have very little influence to change their ways.
