Holy State Senator and House Speaker temper tantrum, Batman! While I don't live in or near Utah, and have no significant knowledge of the Amendment, from what was reported (and, I'm hoping that the report was factual and non-biased) The Utah Supreme Court did not rule on the content of the amendment, rather on the non-adherence to proper procedure. Sounds like if they feel this passionate and strongly about this amendment, go back next year, do it right and put it on the next ballot.
