What total BS. If that was a murder-suicide, then why did he drive all the way back to Florida and only kill himself when police were closing in on him weeks later? He killed himself because he knew he was going to spend the rest of his life in prison.

@@ellesbells902 You may be correct, but that doesn't change the fact that 1. This was no mercy killing. She was alive and well until he ended her life. Her only pain is what he inflicted on her. 2. He didn't kill himself because he couldn't live without her. He wouldn't have been happily going camping with his parents after the murder if that was the case. He killed himself because the police were already knocking on his door, and were going to be back with an arrest warrant at any moment.

Targeted individuals have been in the news there's documentary's there is evidence of the different types of program's and Ways to hack into peoples minds. What there is not. Is Medical examinations by the people who warn and speak out against the CRIMES that can be commited.. neural rights are Human rights. Medical examinations for targeted individuals. There's ways to detect the Assaults just like there are ways to Trace cell phones or radio stations. There's ways to intercept the signals too.. scary thought for the targeted Victims... but there's ways the authorities can catch the people who commit these crimes.. I hate to admit that Drs Law enforcement and Law firm's are failing the American citizens. EMF sensitivity has been recognized as a real Medical condition. microwave auditory effect is a real Medical condition. When people use this technology intentionally to hurt others it's a CRIME. It's a violaton against our Civil Rights for Law enforcement agencies not to INVESTIGATE.. some people report to the police several times. And nothing gets done to help the victims. Yeah I believe the gov would run Illegal experiments I believe creepy scientist would use this technology to harrass a woman of interest. Or Men.. some people sitting in Thier own yard's are Assaulted and on the News but where is the police? Why are They not looking for the local person that could have the microwave assualt weapons in their garage? Victims have caught criminals on video using microwave energy weapons to shoot at things yard and even assault people. I believe he called when they weren't shooting at his garbage cans but an elderly woman walking past. The police questioned him about why he's recording his neighbor.. SMH There's definitely a problem When law abiding citizens are reporting criminals and law enforcement ignores the criminals and tells the law abiding citizens they shouldn't be recording the criminals activity. Law and order.. just because law abiding citizens are easier to deal with Because they will obey the officers Doesn't Mean the Criminals should be ignored. There needs to be a Medical documentary on target Individuals! Medical proffesionals Neuro specialist EEGs and other Neuro testing to detect what's going on inside the targeted individual mind's.

If there is even an iota of truth in this scenario, he probably saw that situation as an opportunity to get rid of her. That's not accurate at ll. The police could have arrested both of them that day maybe. But the police had to make a very hard decision based on the evidence. She herself told police she hit him. The police did the best anyone could have and separated them. Gaby had the chance to wake up right then and was free but she didn't make that decision. She chose to stay. That's not the police fault. Horrible as it is, she was brain washed and deep into what happens when you get used to being in a relationship with a narcissistic person. You don't even realize it yourself. Nope, just no. He most likely smashed her in the head (blunt force trauma found in autopsy) in anger, then realized she’d sustained severe damage and strangled her to avoid having to face the consequences of attacking her, thinking/hoping he’d leave her body and it wouldn’t be found in time or intact enough to determine a cause of death. I think he then went on to concoct this and another different story after the fact to look like a martyr not a monster

Personally I believe he strangled her in a fit of rage and then smashed her head to corroborate this BS story. @@Mandy-nt2cs I think that initially he was hoping she wouldn’t be found, or at least not in a state where cause of death could be determined. Hence the texts to Gabby’s mother. It’s also possible that he hadn’t formed a complete plan so used her debit card on the way home to throw off the time of death and the possible location of her body. He couldn’t have been thinking clearly. That’s another reason that I wonder if that “note” wasn’t actually two notes, with perhaps more? Could he have possibly been wondering initially if he couldn’t go into the preserve, leave a sui**** note and disappear, leaving authorities to wonder if the wildlife got his body? It’s unlikely that it would actually fool LE, but less plausible attempts to circumvent capture aren’t uncommon. I’m not a conspiracy theorist by any means, but he did make a number of attempts to avoid detection of his crime initially. Perhaps, with the discovery of her body by social media, and the enormous manhunt that ensued, he may have just given up on the idea of getting away and deleted himself to avoid the punishment and public scorn. He obviously cared about the scorn, all one has to do is look at his excuse letter. I think if he’d thought there was any way to get away with it, he’d have tried to. I don’t for one minute believe he did what he did because he “missed her” or had any remorse for killing her - just remorse he knew he’d be caught.

It was very likely Gabby was going to leave him. It is telling he says that "he could not live without her" It may have been the case that if he couldn't have her, no one else would. In the last footage of them together shortly before she was murdered in the food store Gabby's arms were folded and she was keeping her distance from him. She looked cut off from him and may have already made up her mind that she was done with him. He would have sensed this and was not going to allow her to be free of him. He seemed a controlling character from previous footage of them when interviewed by police. Gabby told police that Brian was critical and undermining regarding her podcast. If Gabby was leaving him that rejection would have been too much for his fragile ego to bear.

What about Brian being sighted alone by a couple of people, hitching a ride, showing up after taking a shower etc.? They did not report that he seemed distraught over any incident. In fact, if I remember right, they reported he stated his fiancé was at their camp site and he was returning there. But, he did not have the van available to him at this time. What happened to that testimony? And it was believed he was trying to establish an alibi, a timeline, that he was away from Gabby when she died. Keep those peoples testimony handy, it will help in disclaiming the notebook questionable confession.

His family could easily sue her family as well all parties involved could have done something. When she called and spoke to her mother her mother should have said I'm on the next flight out go to the police station and she would be alive today why did the mother never tell the father of what had occurred I'm sure he would have went and picked up his daughter and stop the trip to Wyoming. If these families knew that this was a toxic relationship they should have done a little more to prevent all of this from happening. When those officers stop and question both of them and she was able to speak to her mom and the female officer that was the moment where somebody needed to step in and say no you're not going back with him you need to call your parents to pick you up. This is an extremely tragic event both families are broken from his actions. Their hate and rage and unforgiveness is not letting them see that his parents lost their son to suicide and I'm sure they were broken from him committing the most unthinkable. Hopefully others who are in a toxic relationship or abusive situation can learn from this and make better decisions and get the help that they need.

I think this trip served multiple purposes for Gabby. For Bryan, I think it was just a trip with his soon to be wife…. 🙄 But for Gabby, she postponed the wedding and idea of marrying him and decided to take this trip with him. Just to see how it went and if he was really “the one”. Her mind knew better and she was right to delay marrying him. They took this trip to see how they got along - and judging by videos and reports and eyewitnesses, they had some serious blowouts during the trip and seemed to be deteriorating as it went on and I think it’s safe to assume that she likely decided to cut it with him and possibly revealed that intention. Maybe suggested to just be friends or whatever. But it’s evident she was done with him and likely had a plan to go her own way once she got back home from the trip . But of course, Bryan couldn’t accept that and didn’t allow her to make it back home. I’m jumping to conclusions here and making some assumptions, but these aren’t entirely loose or random concepts. There’s a lot we can decipher based off what we did see along the trip and what we’ve come to learn of the two. I wouldn’t be surprised if it went something like this.

I think they were fighting and he pushed her, she fell and got hurt pretty bad. She was still alive but he didn’t want to get help because she was too gone already so he panicked knowing he was already in trouble and figured he would at least put her out of her misery but that was a lot harder than he imagined it would be and he ended up having to strangle her. Then after he did that he probably lost his mind and just acted like she never existed…his parents either knew everything or they baby him so much that they fed into this weird behavior and were unaware of what was going on but knew something wasn’t right (hence why they wouldn’t answer her parents and whatnot) parents know when their kids are being weird so 🤷🏼‍♀️ I do think he either came back to his senses and offed himself or they had his teeth pulled in Mexico and planted this evidence. So he faked his own death and is alive still. People do that, it’s weird but it happens 🤷🏼‍♀️

Gabby had large cloth bag. She stopped and looked for a few minutes right in front of the wine cooler. Could they have shoplifted stuff. Very likely. Why was Brian wearing dark glasses in that store. Maybe the last fight was after a drinking incident. This so nearly was my mom’s fate after a night of drinking and fighting. My mom made a lame attempt to throw a slipper at my dad, which missed him by feet. But ANY defiance was seen as a threat to his authority. He rushed her so fast and his hands were squeezing around her throat as she gasped on the floor. My sisters and I screamed and cried for him to let go. He did let go. The apple don't fall far from the tree. The Laundre parents were vile. They knew her parents were frantic with worry and that he RETURNED in her camper..Gabbys property YET, THEY REMAINED TIGHT LIPPED AND WALKED AROUND WITH THEIR SOUR PUSSES ON THEIR FACES and didn't show one ounce of empathy. it’s disheartening that Gabby’s family has to suffer even more because of how slow the justice system works. i may step out of line but as for that coward who took her life, you will never be a hero and taking your own life will never be enough as payment to the torment you brought upon that young woman’s life. same goes to his family.

You have an obligation as a parent to raise your child to be aware, shrewd even. Obviously, her parents and her stepparents fell short themselves in judging Brian, seeing him for the crazy dude he was and steering their naive daughter in another direction. Both Brian and Gabby were childish and ill-equipped, financially, emotionally, et c. Recipe for disaster.

Abusive partners are often manipulative and narcissistic. We see many narcissists in society that believe their way was correct and right even before death. I don’t really believe Brian didn’t kill her out of anger. A loved one would contact someone to try to save their loved ones life even if their was no hope for the loved one. We hardly ever take no for an answer as humans when wanting to save a loved ones life even if they have to go through chemo or other painful experiences to live. This doesn’t sound anything like a rational human beings words. Not to mention strangulation and blunt force is not the way you would put a loved one to rest. Not that there are any good ways, but rather people would want a loved one go at the doctor with pain meds etc. He could have clearly carried her to the van since he was able to move her to bury her.

Not sure what story you've heard but, I don't recall anything about blunt force trauma and using large rocks, whatsoever!! I understand that she was killed through means of manual strangulation. Meaning hands squeezed the life from her in a very close contact murder!! It could have been done by use of a garrote, however, that would have left some serious injury on the neck, I would think.

Supposedly he feel remorse for "taking Gabby's pain away", and yet all the statements in here are about HIM and how bad HE feels and what HE'S lost... narcissists can't even lie correctly because they always have to circle back to making everything about themselves.
