WHAT TAMPA REALLY NEEDED WAS A DRAG RACING TRACK FOR THE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO DRIVE FAST ON 301 AND OTHER ROADS AND HIGHWAYS. AND IT NEEDED TO BE AFFORDABLE. THIS LOOKS TOO DAMN EXPENSIVE FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE DEALING WITH INFLATION WITH NO WAGE INCREASES.
