Used a Firearm in the Commission of a Crime, Murder. 7.) Was in Possession of a Sawed-Off Shotgun in Violation of Title 18 of the Federal Criminal Code. All this after 14 prior contacts with law enforcement, although the number of criminal convictions is unclear. Entry into the Florida Criminal Justice system should resolve this matter. If the Prosecutor can get a murder conviction he may get the death penalty. His days as a public menace may be over. Work the witness and the girl. A search may find the girl to be in possession of illegal drugs or narcotics, possibly a firearm.

@@amandamoon3235 so suddenly a person turns 18 and they attain the wisdom of the ages? Ive known plenty of people in their 30s, 40s, 50s, & 60s who are complete morons and dont have the sense of a 12 yr old. So again ur arguement and position fails. All bassd upon some arbritary age set by the govt and politicians, ie 18 yrs old. Why not 17 1/2? As I had said, somewhere, it use to be 21 yrs old, age of majority, to marry, to vote, to sign contracts, to consent to have sex. So if a man, 21 or older had consensual sex w a 20 yr old woman, hed go to prison for statutory rape. Now he wont. Now it is 18. Some States legal age of sex consent is 17 or 16. So which is right? You're the self professed expert, u tell me. Why is it a serious felony to have sex with a 17 yr old in Florida, but it is not here in Mass? Arbritrary!! That is all. Why a crime in Victorian times to have sex w 20 yr old but not now? Cuz some politicians passed a law saying so? Maybe now legal age of majotity, for all matters, should be 16. If passed a law making it so, then youd be ok with that, right? Of course u would, cuz the govt tells u it ok now. So would you still whine and cry and complain? Just as w pot!! Many States, pot now legal. So thats ok with u, right? To me it is still illegal, criminal, disgusting and stupid. I have nothing to do with drugs or druggies, or drunks or alcoholics, or anybody who drink beer or wine. I don't even want anything to do with anyone who drinks coffee.!! Stupid and disgusting!! So again I ask what is it the business of the government, politicians, or the law? Why is it not just the business of the parents and the family to teach and train their children properly? I 1st had full blown sex when I was 15, and that was late for around here. I 1st had a heavy intense makeout session, no sexual touching or anything cuz we didnt know, when I was 8 or 9. So what business is it of yours or the government's? So is government gonna pass laws controlling what I eat, how much I eat? Why is it the government's business, why is it your business? So you just want the government and politicians and government employees to stick their nose into your business and to control every aspect of your life? You want the government to take care of you, and the government to think for you so you don't have to take care of yourself and you don't have to think for yourself? So you don't have to have the responsibility of taking care of your own children, that is someone else's fault when something goes wrong with them? What happened to the great cry "keep the government out of my bed, keep the government out of my bedroom, keep the government out of my uterus"!!? When it comes to abortion. Why not a new cry for those under 18, 17, or 16 "Keep the government out of my bedroom, keep the government out of my pants, keep the government out of my sex life"!! Hummm!!??? I have news for u, some human facts for u. Children grow older and they develop and mature and they get sexual urges and desires. There are no laws, no governments, no police, no judges, no courts, no parents, no teachers, nor even you, that can change that human fact and reality. Children and teenagers will have sex, they always have since the dawn of mankind. That is why we are all here. All you want to do is to control and stop human nature. Cuz you believe and are afraid that you're gonna have to have the expense of taking care of a lot of little babies. Well I get news for you, u already are.!! They're all over the place. So why dont u stop being so deluded and so controlled by the government, and so trying to ignore the reality of life. Fact: Young girls have sex get pregnant and give birth to babies. They've been doing it for over 200,000 yrs. Males of the human species, whether the same age as the young females or older males, have been the ones getting them pregnant. So get over it and get over yourself!! As I said somewhere here, in Boston, the Boston school system has daycare centers at middle schools and high schools where students girls come and bring their babies. Some of the girls are young as 12 and 13 years old. I know because I know a nurse who worked in the Boston school system and she told me all about it. Fact: All of your laws have not stopped young girls, young women under the age of 18, 17, or 16 from having sex with other young males under the same ages or older men, have they? They are having sex all the time all over the place. Some are getting pregnant and giving babies. All of ur laws havn't done one d**n thing to curtail that at all. You're deluded into thinking that all the laws have had any effect at all. So wake up and grow up!! All you wanna do is to make yourself feel better cuz maybe you didn't get any when you were a young teenage girl. Or maybe you were raped or sexually assaulted by some older man when you were young. If so, then that was a crime. But 2 people having consenual sex together whatever the ages is not a crime, it's consensual. It is natural, it is human nature, and it's not any of your g** d*** business. Unless you can actually show that a crime occurred by rape, kidnapping, assault, coercion, getting drunk, using drugs, etc etc etc. But the govt has a blanket law that nobody can have sex under the age of 18, 17, or 16 even if concensual, is absolutely absurd and ludicrous. It's a violation of constitutional, civil, legal, and human rights!!!! You may as well pass laws controlling breathing, sleeping, eating. In recent years I have heard there are places in certain States, jurisdictions, and schools where if a boy and a girl even kiss or kiss on the cheek or hold hands or touch in any way, then they're gonna be brought up on school discipline. They may be brought into court and charged with crimes. They be expelled, go to a juvenile delinquent school. "Zero Tolerance". Some places have gotten absolutely ridiculous. But it's OK for the government to allow in tens of millions of illegal aliens, bringing in diseases, like covid 19, crime, and poverty, and costing us millions or billions of dollars? Committing crimes against Americans, murdering Americans. But that's OK with you I'm sure!! Cuz the government says so and it's politically correct and acceptable. Wake up and get your head out of the sand!! You ignorant, brain washed, controlled twit!!! In Mass, I believe Sodimy and .... oh what is it called? ..... umm??? .....not bigomy .... ummm .... when an unmarried man and woman have sex ...... are still crimes on the books.

And yet, this Sheriff Drama weaves a tale anchored, not in the prosecutors office who failed to bring their considerable weight to bear against a well known dealer, rapist, recitivist offender, nor the police who didnt bother, prior to murder, to obtain a warrant and to search the house if he was, as alledged, an actual drug dealer to and rapist of minors, these same police who did not bother to charge for statutory rape of minor girl, did not bother to provide for her safety, nor safety of her family, police who then expected, after letting the creep go 14 times and labeling him a 'non-violent' small quantity drug offender, the police then expected for her and her family to make themselves even more vulnerable to this monster, by being the only ones to charge and testify against the creep. Shameful that the family didn't 'co-operate'? The minor girl's fault?? Seeing how well the family understood and feared not only the man who was a monster murderer rapist dealer but a family who also understood and feared the disinterested bs police and prosecutorial system that would expend none of their own power to do their jobs well, but would go to great efforts to stoop so low, even in the lowest moment of sadness of the family, following the murder of the father, for police to seize the opportunity to take advantage of the girl and her family's vulnerability, by holding a public news conference to place blame for the murder of the father squarely upon the shoulders of the under-aged rape victim. Bravo Sheriff Drama, you da man.

True. Sad things is, maybe they might have been before the dad probably introduced and got her daughter on the drugs he uses, then made them both slaves to a person who now would have godly influence over their lives. As the hook can deny your ability to even feel right/be sick if your an addict. Requiem for a Dream(the movie) is about this dynamic if anyone has seen it. If you havent its basically how 1 drug changes the lives of 4 normal people into extremely sad states all because of what it means to be an addict in a world where its illegal/extremely stigmatized besides the fight of addiction itself. I personally know from experience tho, so you need to get it from often random people you dont REALLY know that could be very dangerous and/or in a dangerous area. They can manipulate you and try to do things like trade sex for product. Im not absolving addicts of responsibility, im just saying that being an addict sometimes brings other insane things along with it that aren't deserved in the slightest. In my opinion this is clearly one of those examples.

How do you know whether the father was pimping his daughter out to the drug dealer to get free drugs and the mother and daughter were afraid to go against him? None of us know what was going on in that house... except the wasps, and they're not talking.
@stevemahoney17333 жыл бұрын
@@LM-hb6yn Did I read your comment right, did you just speculate and assign possible blame to the father and make the mother and daughter victims? Damn, female privilege with no equality huh?
@LM-hb6yn3 жыл бұрын
@Steve Mahoney I posited a different scenario from the OP who made a judgment based on his assumption. Reality in this world is that BOTH men and women are capable of doing horrible things. Both parents could have been to blame, or one parent who everyone else was afraid of... none of us knows. It's interesting how when men assume women are at fault, without having a clue as to the realities of life in the family in question, that's OK. But if a woman points out it could be the man who was to blame, it's female privilege. Look in the mirror. I've known too many families where everyone was afraid of one person in that family and no one went against them. Sometimes it's the man and sometimes it's the woman. When people on the outside who know nothing make assumptions, it generally betrays their own prejudices.

In the old days, it was reversed. The daddy would chase the boy away with “bird-shot”. Ah, evolution!
@mikga453 жыл бұрын
Birdshot at point blank range will blow a hole in you and end your life. At 20 feet away not so effective the pattern opens up especially with improved cylinder choke. 00 buck is good for home defense at 20 feet it's very effective where birdshot is not. Point blank either will end the bad guys day
