I had to pray and repent because I was like how that b...gone leave her children with the great grandmother. God for give me, but your children should always comes first. @@cpmffeilberg4970 Something that I do, that doesn't take much money, is pick up a package of thank you cards & blow pops from the local dollar store, then, as I go about life, I periodically fill them out for various customer service associates (at the grocery store, pharmacy, library & so forth). ...It's very inexpensive but a great way to make someone else's day! Another thing I do (that's completely free) is make a point of greeting & complimenting strangers for anything nice I might notice about them---you never know when someone else is in need of a kind or uplifting word, & you could be the one who gives it. You can trust God to give you the courage to speak up: cuz He loves to spread love! Be blessed Caroline, & thank you for your lovely, generous spirit.

She said she had to rescue them. Toxicity somewhere... . Then, no one wants to split up siblings. Problem probably was: Who in the family could take them all? Zero. And probably, because it's kinship care, she's not getting any (or much?) help from Child Protective Services' budget. Social Security only stretches so far.... They're all very lucky to have each other.😅

My grandparents adopted my brother and I when I was 7. They saved us, I have no doubt of that. They recused is from going into foster care. They put me and my brother first and made sure we knew we were loved. This is a story so close to my own. I’ll never get to tell my grandparents just how much they mean to me bc there are no words that can even describe my love and heartfelt thanks. This woman is so wonderful. She should be enjoying the company of her family without being a babysitter, but she gives her all for her babies. That right there is a woman with a heart of gold, she is worth more than any priceless jewel. I know that this was 3 years ago and I'm just now seeing this but it touched my heart I started tearing up! Ms.Ella is a true woman of God and faith and she rescued her great grandchildren and I know that they're going to look after her. They hooked that whole house up and I'm so happy that the United Nissan group took care of her rent for a year. I was hoping that they would so she can focus on the other bills and the needs of the children and God bless her dear friend Alice, bless both their hearts!😍😍😍

I'm a 32 year man this had me greeting! I was in foster care for the first 7 years of my life because of abuse and poverty. I've turned it around and dedicated myself to the care of the vulnerable as a learning disabilities nurse. I just wish more people out there were kinder and supportive of those in need. This woman should have been afforded the luxury of enjoying her golden years after already giving enough. I may be in Scotland but I felt this from the other side of the world. Bless.

@Nick Trybull I am not religious, grew up in a religious household, christians and the like. I do agree with not shoving religion down one's throat, however, I do feel that religion like christianity for kids growing up helps to surround them with people who provide good morals. However, as kids get older, the message tends to darken, not in all churches, but some, to where it changes from do unto one another as you would have unto yourself into do unto one another as you would have unto yourself except for all the people we believe should go to hell. It's a double edged sword. I don't believe in the christian religion, I honestly think aliens are more likely as crazy as that sounds lol But there are benefits I could see coming from it at a young age.

I am so in my feelings right now! She was just happy with the water bill being paid. Many grandparents are raising the children of their children and their children's children.
