What's ironic about this is that this mom most likely came here for a better life. She may have brought her older children with her and may have had younger children born here. This is an adoption horror story! His family adopted him, educated him, gave him a good life, and he turned out to be the son from hell. Ugh, they called him their miracle child…. He probably wanted to be a cop to feel powerful. Not all kids are troubled, but this one they adopted turned out to be horrible inside and out. He turned out to be a monster. Susana’s poor mom is heart broken, and he couldn’t even turn around and look her in the face to apologize. He’s a nobody now, and may he spend the rest of his life feeling abandoned.

I don’t cry while watching these very often, if at all, but there was no way that I could sit through her mother’s statement without shedding quite a few tears. She’ll never see this, and this is simply out into the void, but maam, I am so sorry. There’s nothing else to say other than I’m sorry. Rest assured, Susana is with Him. I hope that after this, knowing justice has been served, her mother and family can know that the Lord willed for this man to be caught, and be held accountable for the rest of his time in this world. Watching Susana mom speak, you can feel her pain. As a mother, I could understand everything she said she felt through the process of her being missing. I wished some how his breaking and entering women homes, would have been stopped sooner, Susana would still be here. Definitely need to investigate further, he has the actions of a serial offender. Was it planned or did he kidnap her after seeing her walking and then chose to murder her? The prosecution would have to prove it was all planned and they didn't have that. He will get just what he deserves. He's a former cop and will most likely be kept in solitary confinement. He will be running from everyone in that prison, mainly Hispanics. Imo, it was 1) no video of the two together, 2) no cause of death is a big one. Can always claim he was there but she did it or she overdose. There is indeed enough evidence to show that he planned her murder, because he's been out stalking women plenty, and it was not the first time he encountered her. Perhaps the prosecution felt that wasn't the strongest evidence as far as intentions go, but it was just a matter of time before he found a victim, presuming that she is his only victim. The First 48 did a show on him. It showed when they found out it was”could” be a cop how shocked they were. They showed everything, from how they got all of the evidence to arresting him! I seen it before this trial started. When I would read the titles and started watching it sounded familiar! The detectives double checked everything and knew this was an air tight case!
