Please do your own research on the candidates and do not allow your past convictions or being a registered Democrat keep you from voting the way that you want to. I am personally sick to death of the costs of everything going up constantly and the open borders are contributing to that by putting a strain on resources when people flood in from other countries. The companies also think that they can simply raise prices strategically and people will not not necessarily care because they might simply blame it on inflation at this point, but they are actually purposely raising prices for this reason even when there is no reason why they need to be raised. I just feel like people in Maryland don't want to be realistic and acknowledge things that are taking place here, because it means facing the harsh reality that there is crime here and that most of the jobs don't pay enough for what it costs and that the high housing costs here in fact cannot be justified. I feel ashamed that I live here and am faced with people like that, but there are at least more conservatives here in the southern area of the state, which I guess is about the best I can hope for.

Take Argentina, for instance, with 200% inflation, while the US has one of the lowest rates globally, and the economy is booming under this administration.Trump, on the other hand, was found liable for sexual abuse, which is basically rape. He has 34 criminal convictions and even tried to overthrow the government in a violent coup, which led to the death of Capitol police officers. Let's not forget that fact that he spread false rumors about a free and fair election-- which he lost fair and square and bitched and complained about not winning and then lost EVERY single one of his 60-plus court cases, even from judges he himself appointed. The first time a sitting president in history refused to accept the results of a free and fair election and refused to participate in peaceful transfer of power. He insults servicemen and veterans, he has shared military secrets with foreign adversaries of the USA, and he blocked his own party’s border control bill just so he could campaign on immigration-proving he doesn’t actually care about these issues. He’s bragged about overturning Roe v. Wade, which strips women of their right to control their bodies. He also vilified the LEGAL Haitian community in Springfield, Ohio, making the whole city feel unsafe because of the violent threats that came after his rhetoric. He impeded Hurricane Helene disaster relief efforts by spreading lies about FEMA, even leading to one man showing up to kill FEMA support staff trying to help those affected by Hurricane Milton. He’s a white supremacist who’s angry, miserable, and unhappy-a guy no one would want to be like, much less vote for. Lastly, his econonmic policy will not lower inflation but will add 7.5 trillion to the federal deficit according to economists including the those at the Trump supporting right wing Wall Street Journal. So next time, you do your research.
