"Most people want to be happy but their habit is to be worried or frustrated or stressed," says motivational speaker Tony Robbins.
But changing that habit isn't as hard as you might think.
“We all want to be able to change the way we feel. Emotion is created by motion. The way you move determines the way you feel. I have this deal with myself called ‘priming.’ It’s ten minutes, I put music on, I do this massive change in my breathing, and then I do this 3-step process,” said Robbins.
1. 3-minutes of gratitude-Think about 3 things I’m really grateful for
2. 3-minute prayer for family and friends
3. 3-minute process of the top 3 things I want to accomplish
“My deal is 10 so there is no excuse not to do it,” said Robbins.

In 9 minutes Tony Robbins gives you some golden advice, uplifts you, gets you refocused, and highly motivates you. He will go down in history as one of the most influential human beings in history. Nothing he puts out ever gets boring even though it's pretty much the same stuff he's said in the past. Keep going Tony. You change lives for the better.

I don't see ay 'worship' and he is one of the most influential people on the planet. The person that other influential people turn to when nothing else works. The stuff Tony teaches is in many other books. He just put it all together in his format and communicates the information on many submodalities. Vis, Aud, Kin etc... look up NLP to understand that last part if you want to. He's helped me with getting up, feeling good and hitting the gym. He didn't 'do it' to me. He talks about techniques that people have and could use if they wanted to work on it. Basically taking control of your brain/thoughts/etc...It takes effort and work to do but once done it's HABIT/Ritual whatever one wants to call it. Programming like a computer. Just like exercise, it takes time, effort and a plan. Doesn't mean you turn yourself off of anything bad. You just don't let it take control for as long and move past it.

+Viral Force exactly. I began following Tony in the 80's. He started out a janitor...so did I. I went on the road 10 years ago with a comedy/music act....Tony inspired every aspect of it. People are always going to attempt to pull you down or "humanize" you to THEIR level but it's obvious People like Tony Robbins rise like cream in coffee and never come down lol

Tony reminds me that we have the power to make decisions. It's really that simple. I can make the decision to be optimistic. I can make the decision to enjoy my day, to grow my business, to be grateful. When someone is miserable, they've made that decision. No one made it for them.

I just finished attending his seminar here in Australia and he is by far the most influential person on this planet. This guy did not take a break and went 12 hours straight, I was so engaged the whole day that time flew right past me. He can literally put you in a trance and mould you into becoming a much better version of yourself, a happy positive human being ready to tackle your goals. I’m glad I went to see him while I’m still young and while he’s still around, I don’t think a guy like him will come by this lifetime again

"Motion creates emotion" so true yet no one realizes this. If I want to feel comfortable I move my body, I tap my foot or drum on my legs and suddenly I'm feeling more comfortable. When I shoot videos I start talking as if I'm recording and I start feeling more comfortable with it. No amount of thinking will change how you feel, it takes action.
@emmalikesflowers
@emmalikesflowers 5 жыл бұрын
Growth Value nice. Science backs this up too. Just something simple like drumming on your legs is facilitating flow between the left and right brain hemispheres, shifting sensory information from emotional centres in the brain to other parts of the brain where it can be processed more cohesively.

That is what stood out for me as well. Exercise should be mandatory. Back when i used to ride my bike all over, i was on cloud nine. Now i sit much more than i should. I haven't worked out in 4 years but look like i still do. My legs are so weak now. I keep procrastinating about joining the gym. Your mind and body want to keep things the same. If u sit all the time then your body resists the opposite. My mind does not want to go to the gym. Anxieties surge about all kinds of things in order to keep me doing what i'm doing. Anyways, motion is the key. A strong body is the best feeling. I got strong, was doing spin class. Now i get winded from too many stairs. NO MORE!!!!! I'll move my body to the gym despite what the mind thinks and then reap the endorphins!!!!!

My husband and I attended UPW in NYC and Pasedena, Date with Destiny in Palm Springs, Wealth Mastery in DC, and the 8-day Life Mastery during 9-11 in Hawaii with Tony. I also became a volunteer or "Crew" for Tony's organization between 2001-2004, helping people with special needs participate in UPW events around the country. I loved every second of my involvement with Tony, and but for some severe injuries, would still be involved 18 years later (the Crew schedule is too rigorous). We love Tony and are thrilled he's on KZbin!

i really like TR. the idea of planning 10 minutes of exercise works. period. I used to put off going to the gym because (for some reason) I thought I "had" to work out for at least one hour. then something clicked. just work for half an hour. it worked. I go with a plan of half hour. sometimes I do more. point is, im now working out on a regular basis. winning! haha

He's right. People don't realize how important mood is; that can shape results immensely. But mood is a function of core human needs. And the core human needs are control over the environment, relationships with people and a healthy physiology. Hence, manipulating environmental factors as Robbins recommends is taking care of part of the basics.

Everything he said, works. I have a regular routine that is my happy happy me writing time. I live like he said. I have lost 70 lbs and now is an educated writer with growing writing success. I have completed 5 writing classes (including two poetry mentorship) in 2 years and paid less than $300, and have regular readers of my work before my book even comes out. I have also earned money teaching poetry privately. I have 5 poems scheduled to published in print by a magazine. i do nothing I don't really enjoy, not even a job. If I don't enjoy it, I stop doing it ASAP.

Benefit all beings as much as you can and give give give the good returns of that to those very beings you helped. Those beings needing help are Buddhas- they are giving us a great gift allowing us to learn our value in serving them. Love all beings. Benefit them. That is how I found total happiness. Peace and love.
