In 9 minutes Tony Robbins gives you some golden advice, uplifts you, gets you refocused, and highly motivates you. He will go down in history as one of the most influential human beings in history. Nothing he puts out ever gets boring even though it's pretty much the same stuff he's said in the past. Keep going Tony. You change lives for the better.

I don't see ay 'worship' and he is one of the most influential people on the planet. The person that other influential people turn to when nothing else works. The stuff Tony teaches is in many other books. He just put it all together in his format and communicates the information on many submodalities. Vis, Aud, Kin etc... look up NLP to understand that last part if you want to. He's helped me with getting up, feeling good and hitting the gym. He didn't 'do it' to me. He talks about techniques that people have and could use if they wanted to work on it. Basically taking control of your brain/thoughts/etc...It takes effort and work to do but once done it's HABIT/Ritual whatever one wants to call it. Programming like a computer. Just like exercise, it takes time, effort and a plan. Doesn't mean you turn yourself off of anything bad. You just don't let it take control for as long and move past it.

I just finished attending his seminar here in Australia and he is by far the most influential person on this planet. This guy did not take a break and went 12 hours straight, I was so engaged the whole day that time flew right past me. He can literally put you in a trance and mould you into becoming a much better version of yourself, a happy positive human being ready to tackle your goals. I’m glad I went to see him while I’m still young and while he’s still around, I don’t think a guy like him will come by this lifetime again

Tony reminds me that we have the power to make decisions. It's really that simple. I can make the decision to be optimistic. I can make the decision to enjoy my day, to grow my business, to be grateful. When someone is miserable, they've made that decision. No one made it for them.

"Motion creates emotion" so true yet no one realizes this. If I want to feel comfortable I move my body, I tap my foot or drum on my legs and suddenly I'm feeling more comfortable. When I shoot videos I start talking as if I'm recording and I start feeling more comfortable with it. No amount of thinking will change how you feel, it takes action.
@emmalikesflowers6 жыл бұрын
Growth Value nice. Science backs this up too. Just something simple like drumming on your legs is facilitating flow between the left and right brain hemispheres, shifting sensory information from emotional centres in the brain to other parts of the brain where it can be processed more cohesively.

That is what stood out for me as well. Exercise should be mandatory. Back when i used to ride my bike all over, i was on cloud nine. Now i sit much more than i should. I haven't worked out in 4 years but look like i still do. My legs are so weak now. I keep procrastinating about joining the gym. Your mind and body want to keep things the same. If u sit all the time then your body resists the opposite. My mind does not want to go to the gym. Anxieties surge about all kinds of things in order to keep me doing what i'm doing. Anyways, motion is the key. A strong body is the best feeling. I got strong, was doing spin class. Now i get winded from too many stairs. NO MORE!!!!! I'll move my body to the gym despite what the mind thinks and then reap the endorphins!!!!!

He's right. People don't realize how important mood is; that can shape results immensely. But mood is a function of core human needs. Always learning from Tony! One thing he shouldn't say though: "I was vegan for 18 years but now I'm not". Veganism in NOT a diet. Speak correctly. Say "I followed a plant based diet". What would you think of someone who says: "I was an anti racist for 18 years, but now I'm not." Veganism is an ethical movement, not a diet. Let's end this confusion. Besides that, fantastic Tony, as usual!!

Love love love him! Praying one day I can be front row in his seminar in Fiji!!! And please allow me to enjoy that private waterfall! Everything he says makes absolute sense. Those who do not agree are just haters and not as successful.

This guy is amazing today as he was in the 80s. How amazing would it be to personally have him as your coach. It would change the world.
