When I retired at 51, I did what I always wanted to do--read. In my first 6 years of retirement, I read 1000 non-fiction books. From early childhood on, I wanted to be an astronaut exploring Mars. Today at 75, I explore Mars with NASA satellites. NASA has used my suggestions to take over 5000 high resolution pictures of the Martian surface. The Mars Society gave me a plaque for my work on their Marspedia, online encyclopedia. This is the life I've always wanted. I also grew up poor in a coal mining town.

Tony, I'm an open water swimmer in Seattle and I swim in 46 degree water in the winter. I was never this person before i decided what the hell did I have to lose during the pandemic, i created a whole new person who jumps into freezing water. The benefits of this action have been incredible and everytime I'm faced with challenges, I compare it to surviving cold water. Thank you for sharing this with everyone and I hope some viewers have tried this. Thank you for your videos and advice, it's what i need right now.

This book was my very first book at 24 that blew my mind. I never stopped reaching, researching, experimenting with this genre of study. That was 55 years ago!!! Tony was one of my many mentors and I am still on the path at 79. Its a LifesWork to decondition the mind from herd consumerism mentality and corporate agenda and political power mongering but mostly unconsciousness of the higher mind. The current world is more and more reduced to grinding away on vicious fear tactics to promote profitable movements for select group agendas that separate and divide us into some level of elite and special, or deplorable and dangerous. It takes Tony's level of fierce energy these days to be able to promote how to blast through clinging to our individual status quo.

DETECTING PATTERNS in how speak to ourselves is KEY to transition away from past limiting patterns. WE need to become aware of the specific phrases that continue to give us an un-easy gut reaction. This was crucial in my early days of addiction recovery, and helps those I guide, in all circumstances of limiting behavior. TIP: 1. Make an inventory of these limiting statements. 2. Make it mandatory to combat this with WORDS TO YOURSELF that are accurate and kind. 3. Create and recite an affirmation each morning, specific to you, detailing you deserve happiness. 4. Take an action towards your goal. BEST PRACTICES and WISHES to us ALL!

I am so encouraged to hear Tony continue to speak about the power of fear, and how it can control you (as he has for many years). I am so used to hearing it from only one "side" so to speak. In deed, the media exists to make money, and only alarming, fearful topics grab our attention. Anyway, I am guessing that Tony doesn't affiliate with any party because his world view doesn't allow him to. He just wants us all to be the best version of ourselves. He is an advocate for truth, and respect him immensely for it.

By the following January the 12th I finally got everything to click started being sober a job I'd started a few days before I became a top producer I went from begging my parents to let me sleep in the basement having my own place in a couple of months within 6 months I was promoted to the boss all this happened when I was only 21 years of age. Tony thank you always if you're reading this I've come back to your program and programs throughout time in fact I'm doing it again right now cuz I need a little bit of an extra boost I got a lot of stuff coming up. . Oh by the way that day in the library I had picked up think and grow Rich which I had read when I was 17 but didn't really do much it helped a bit and then here I am in this library looked at that and saw the personal power program. Amazing huh. Thank you so much Tony you've helped me and you've helped me help others for a long time now

6:50 Everybody’s focused on what can’t work, what can’t happen, because they’re afraid. Afraid to fail, afraid to try and feel like they’re not enough. *So you’ve got to stand guard of your mind by feeding your mind.* 7:15 Read the things that matter most to you, and try to use something that you read every day (Tony read 700 books over 7 years, books on philosophy, physiology, emotion) 7:53 If you let your learning lead to knowledge you become a fool. *If you let your knowledge lead to action, that’s when your life changes.* 8:10 Find our what poor people are reading, and don’t read it (poverty and wealth isn’t just about money - it’s emotional, spiritual, everything). Find out what successful people do and what wealthy and happy people read. *Feed your mind every day.* 11:52 Fear is the #1 thing that keeps people from doing what’s necessary. Anger and rage can mobilize us, and if it becomes part of your life on a regular basis it destroys it. Fear & anger are both physical. Courage is also physical. *Courage does not mean you’re not afraid. Courage means you’re afraid but you do it anyway.* 12:55 56F cold plunge. About changing your body rapidly (immune system) and developing a daily discipline. When you push beyond what’s comfortable, it develops this determination inside you, this sense of will. If you discipline yourself in one area of your life, you’re going to be able to do it even more in other areas. You’re going to get momentum, and *momentum is everything.* If you train and develop your mind, you still need to train your body in some way. When you do that regularly you’re going to have a better mind. *The mind and body can’t be separated - they’re completely connected. You work on both of them and you’re going to have a different world.* When other people say it can’t be done, you come in with the attitude of MOVE, I’LL HANDLE IT.

I spent a week in Mojave with some people I met 2 days before. Best week of my life. One of the guys told me to read this book which reminded me of The Matrix movie, but with more information. And it changed my life…so I’m paying it forward: “Man Being Volume 1: The Transmission”. It covers everything from time travel, dreams, death, the afterlife, reincarnation, extraterrestrials, portals and gateways, Vatican and Renaissance secrets, Ancient civilizations, Lemuria, Atlantis, Jesus, Sinai, Egyptians and the Pyramids, Hebrew letters, etc. Wild read. Best I’ve had in years.

Writing on the mirror, I too do that. My young son with autism reads it every day with me; "You can do it, just keep trying"

That's excellent! It also helps to put it in the present tense. For instance, I'm so happy. I'm doing great. I'm so lucky. I have everything I need and more. Im successful and things come easily to me. Best wishes!

God's delays are not God's denials. I remember buying Tony's first tape programme in the 1980s and they were permanently on whilst I was driving. I attended 2 of his seminars. I can honestly say Tony's teaching turned my life around for the good in so many ways.

what he went through? you mean what he made his clients go through? He learnt the art of persuasion and he throws emotionally charged words to damaged people to make them feel good for a week and make them feel like they're in heaven... And when they go back to reality, it damages them more @Tony Robbins f you

"Fear" is the absence of a spiritual condition. "Resentments" are the absence of a spiritual condition. "Living in the wreckage of the future" is the absence of a spiritual condition. We have a saying in substance abuse recovery, "Bring the body, and the mind will follow". ACTION is the source of nutrition for "feeding the mind"! A very wise man in recovery used to say, "We can't think our way into right living, we must live our way into right thinking". What a gift!

Found Tony when I was 16, I’m 17 now… he’s incredible, but what he says won’t work unless you practice it! Make a conscious decision to not give up and to keep trying, to change your mindset takes work. It takes time, and consistency. You have to want to succeed, don’t put it aside. Stop making excuses for yourself, now is the time.
