The world is opening up again after more than a year of lockdowns and restrictions - how do we make sure that we’re successful in a “new normal?” How can we gain momentum - and never stop making progress?
In this video, Tony talks about some of his most personally challenging times and how he trained his mind to not only get through them, but to take action and come out on top. Plus, he provides an in-depth explanation of five essential keys that will help you not only gain momentum in a post-pandemic world but keep momentum and thrive.
Five keys from Tony:
Key 1: Read 30 minutes per day - Find out exactly why feeding your mind is essential to growth.
Key 2: Feed and strengthen your body every day - When you don’t take of your body, you don’t take care of your mind. Discover how pushing your body increases your will to succeed.
Key 3: Get a role model - Tony always says that success leaves clues. What can a mentor do for you?
Key 4: Create a plan and take massive action - It isn’t enough to think about what you want to do. You need to START. And that means you must take massive action immediately.
Key 5: Give more than you expect to receive - Many people are struggling during the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue to struggle as it goes on. When you dedicate yourself to serving others and adding value, your perspective and circumstances will dramatically change.
If you want to make changes but don’t know where to start in a post-pandemic world, Tony will help you get in motion and stay in motion.

I parked by free wifi and listened to you 24/7 full emersion for months. Slowly but surely things got better. Tony, I'm an open water swimmer in Seattle and I swim in 46 degree water in the winter. I was never this person before i decided what the hell did I have to lose during the pandemic, i created a whole new person who jumps into freezing water. The benefits of this action have been incredible and everytime I'm faced with challenges, I compare it to surviving cold water. I end up having to sleep in a bunch of strange places ended up in a homeless shelter for a few days had enough of that got myself sober came across your tapes at the local library personal power. I was sober within a year applying both AA principles and the what I learned. That was the day after New Year's Day. By the following January the 12th I finally got everything to click started being sober a job I'd started a few days before I became a top producer I went from begging my parents to let me sleep in the basement having my own place in a couple of months within 6 months I was promoted to the boss all this happened when I was only 21 years of age. Tony thank you always if you're reading this I've come back to your program and programs throughout time in fact I'm doing it again right now cuz I need a little bit of an extra boost I got a lot of stuff coming up. . Oh by the way that day in the library I had picked up think and grow Rich which I had read when I was 17 but didn't really do much it helped a bit and then here I am in this library looked at that and saw the personal power program. Amazing huh. Thank you so much Tony you've helped me and you've helped me help others for a long time now

6:50 Everybody’s focused on what can’t work, what can’t happen, because they’re afraid. Afraid to fail, afraid to try and feel like they’re not enough. *So you’ve got to stand guard of your mind by feeding your mind.* 7:15 Read the things that matter most to you, and try to use something that you read every day (Tony read 700 books over 7 years, books on philosophy, physiology, emotion) 7:53 If you let your learning lead to knowledge you become a fool. *If you let your knowledge lead to action, that’s when your life changes.* 8:10 Find our what poor people are reading, and don’t read it (poverty and wealth isn’t just about money - it’s emotional, spiritual, everything). Find out what successful people do and what wealthy and happy people read. *Feed your mind every day.* 11:52 Fear is the #1 thing that keeps people from doing what’s necessary. Anger and rage can mobilize us, and if it becomes part of your life on a regular basis it destroys it. Fear & anger are both physical. Courage is also physical. *Courage does not mean you’re not afraid. Courage means you’re afraid but you do it anyway.* 12:55 56F cold plunge. About changing your body rapidly (immune system) and developing a daily discipline. When you push beyond what’s comfortable, it develops this determination inside you, this sense of will. If you discipline yourself in one area of your life, you’re going to be able to do it even more in other areas. You’re going to get momentum, and *momentum is everything.* If you train and develop your mind, you still need to train your body in some way. When you do that regularly you’re going to have a better mind. *The mind and body can’t be separated - they’re completely connected. You work on both of them and you’re going to have a different world.* When other people say it can’t be done, you come in with the attitude of MOVE, I’LL HANDLE IT.

DETECTING PATTERNS in how speak to ourselves is KEY to transition away from past limiting patterns. WE need to become aware of the specific phrases that continue to give us an un-easy gut reaction. This was crucial in my early days of addiction recovery, and helps those I guide, in all circumstances of limiting behavior. TIP: 1. Make an inventory of these limiting statements. 2. Make it mandatory to combat this with WORDS TO YOURSELF that are accurate and kind. 3. Create and recite an affirmation each morning, specific to you, detailing you deserve happiness. 4. Take an action towards your goal. BEST PRACTICES and WISHES to us ALL!

Thank you so much for making this video! I found myself with the moment when you talked. Feed my mind -- I needed that. I can't be stagnant and do the things I want to do. Work on my body -- I need to do that. Like you said, the body and mind are connected. To have a morning routine. (going off memory with this) To have a role model -- I'd like to work on that one. To give back. This is wonderful. I am blessed to live in a world where to practically just watch anything or anyone is to give back because we're sharing our energy! Thank you!

For me, I am financially comfortable and happy, much of it due to what Tony has taught me. Tony has helped me live a much better life through his tapes (yes I started with cassettes), CD's, seminars, books etc. Listen to the man, follow his advice you will not be sorry.

This book was my very first book at 24 that blew my mind. I never stopped reaching, researching, experimenting with this genre of study. That was 55 years ago!!! Tony was one of my many mentors and I am still on the path at 79. Its a LifesWork to decondition the mind from herd consumerism mentality and corporate agenda and political power mongering but mostly unconsciousness of the higher mind. The current world is more and more reduced to grinding away on vicious fear tactics to promote profitable movements for select group agendas that separate and divide us into some level of elite and special, or deplorable and dangerous. It takes Tony's level of fierce energy these days to be able to promote how to blast through clinging to our individual status quo.

Wow! Watching the documentary "I am not your guru" on Netflix was an eye-opener for me. It's incredible how Tony Robbins' teachings can have such a profound impact on our lives. After viewing it yesterday, I noticed a significant shift in my neurochemistry, which is a testament to the power of his message. Now, I find myself immersed in all of Tony's available clips, soaking in every bit of wisdom he shares. His ability to inspire and motivate is unparalleled, and I can't help but feel blessed to have come across his work. Thank you, Tony Robbins, for making a positive difference in so many lives, including mine. Your teachings have ignited a spark within me, and I'm excited to embrace personal growth and transformation. May your light continue to shine brightly, touching the lives of countless others. God bless you, Tony.

Thank you Tony. I really needed this. The pandemic has changed some things with our family and we have to accept and rebuild. I was at a very low point psychologically and I couldn’t see my way beyond it. This gave me a practical and purposeful way forward. And as Jim Rohn would have suggested, I wrote down the 5 steps in my journal.

Hi Tony, I know there is no way you would remember me, but back in the early 80's I was working for JIM ROHN and so WERE YOU!! WE met there .... It was in Orange County .... lots of people and lots of events!! So delighted to see how much those days have made you who you are today and all that you are sharing!! I have had a great journey as well, a bit more quiet ... and not expansive like you have .... I'm likely 10-15 years older than you are and not sure what's next for me now ... covid has brought some greater depth, inner life but feel there is still 'something' to share or expand creativity or ?? I'm getting back on track by getting out to WALKING everyday ... my son passed away back in August 2021, suddenly and unexpectedly (not covid) so it's added to the covid ... and I know my challenges are nothing compared to soooo many others so I actually feel so much gratitude ...and feel truly blessed!! Look forward to being in BREAKTHROUGH 2022 .... :) Much Love, Mahima aka Victoria (back in the 80's:)

I have your cassette tapes! I paid $200 for them 30 plus years ago, and would you believe I still only listened to 2 of them! I tried going back to it several times, and I got several tape decks that just don't want to make them work. Ugh, the rest of them are still sealed in the original package! I wish I had the CD'S! Oh don't worry bunny rabbit... I will find a way to make them work! But I do remember... From 30 plus years ago....to... "GET UP, STAND UP! MOVE IT AROUND!"... All while I was sitting there taking care of my grandmother before she passed away. I was 23.

When I retired at 51, I did what I always wanted to do--read. In my first 6 years of retirement, I read 1000 non-fiction books. From early childhood on, I wanted to be an astronaut exploring Mars. Today at 75, I explore Mars with NASA satellites. NASA has used my suggestions to take over 5000 high resolution pictures of the Martian surface. The Mars Society gave me a plaque for my work on their Marspedia, online encyclopedia. This is the life I've always wanted. I also grew up poor in a coal mining town.

Today 74 retired 70 as international flight crew...generally planning travel trips but C placed these journeys on hold so delved into multiple projects swim hour day eat plant based then covid Dec wiped me out though had IVM so 2 weeks but just enough time to lay back get caught up in nonsense of media. You nailed it ... in short continual motion, continual feed your brain with adventure. So you enlightened my day as I saw I was getting caught up and slowing down my motion...have turned it upside down. Key continual motion if not physically but mental with thirst for adventure and learning ...so easy to fall prey to lazy and allow media to fill mind with nonsense. God bless Illness gone so today I engage my life again and recapture my continual motion
