There were not any little girls there ….The girls actually insinuated themselves into a situation they had nothing to do with. They were in a second group to which an older man asked his adult sons to check mr Miu was ok. If anyone here should be held accountable it’s the loud fowl mouthed abusive Madison who got straight in his face yelling at him to F off. Now she’s not gonna have kids because of the trauma she witnessed/created . Good…. We don’t need likes of her raising kids. The boys were vile but now heartbroken they lost a friend. Heads up , don’t accuse innocent people just going about their day enjoying the river of being Rapists and looking for little girls. That weren’t even there. Teens full of grog and weed and being young is no excuse for inciting such a revolting display of ‘human’ behaviour. There are way more people accountable for this days events than nicolae Miu . He obviously snapped. And I DO NOT condone his actions. But he should not be the only one punished. If by losing their friend is punishment for the boys( Madison and Rylee not their friends just strangers sticking their noses in and causing bigger grief) well this punishment is surely a lesson that should never have happened. Maybe other stoned teens in their posses might think twice before pursuing misery on another for their own entertainment. Even ten year olds know better.

If I was surrounded by x amount of ppl and more coming my way, being hit, pushed under water, slapped, not knowing who’s hands are on me, and also not knowing what they had on them. Ppl take glass bottles for example tubbing, you never know..I’m not a confrontational person, I don’t entertain such behaviors and never ever fought another person (besides my brother) I would be scared for my life..

Imagine fighting for your life against a group of teens that happily enticed a violent confrontation involving even more people that were beating you and holding you down in water. He fought for his life on the water that day but lost it in court and these violent menaces that caused an innocent kid to lose their life, face no consequences despite the many videos showing they incited this violence Shame on this judge. This is why it’s disgraceful Americans elect lawyers and judges. He clearly was not going with evidence. Shame on him for saying the defendant drew a knife just because some kids said mean things to him. What a gross miscarriage of Justice and a slap in the face to being innocent until proven guilty.

He should have only received 8 years in prison anything more is is outrageous.

He could have just walked away. But the kids should be accountable also.

Seemed he tried walking away and then those 2-3 girls got in his face. They had no business approaching HIM. they then surrounded him.

Its crazy to me the kids weren't charged with assault. Shoving and hitting without cause.
@DL-cs6fz5 ай бұрын
@@mikejohnson9960 I agree. Those kids were extremely drunk and their behavior started and escalated this whole thing. Until he was knocked down, it was tentative. But they pushed him down and attacked and that’s when everything changed. He did stab 5 people and there’s a price to pay. But those kids ALL needed to be charged.

@@mikejohnson9960 without cause? He HIT someone. A girl in their party. They were defending her. Smh.

is he serious at 6:45? What about the toll the altercations had on Nicolae, the damage they did and the fear they produced in him BEFORE he defended himself? This is one crazy world we live in. Its absolute Madness. All Christians ought to pray for this man. I hope he is, or gets saved in jail by the Lord Jesus Christ.

Those drunk idiots are the responsible ones here. Take note, this can happen to anyone that is just minding their own business. The bullies will be left alone to terrorize others. That state is off my list.
