Phylicia Barnes was my best friend and to see this.. is not surprising and overwhelming at the same time. I just pray that this woman gets the justice that she deserves because Phylicia never got it.

I've always wondered how Phylicia's mom has been doing since her murder. I know she regrets letting her visit with her so called "sister." I can only imagine her grief. I'm sure she thought she was doing the right thing by allowing her daughter to get to know her "family," but people are so evil they make you regret ever giving them the benefit of the doubt.

We had a case in North Carolina where a Mother was jailed for beating her 16 year old son with a belt because he robbed a neighbor's lawn mower. Instead of the judge listening to the reason that the mother beat his behind, he locked the MOTHER up. Two years later that same teenager decided to go into an upper class neighborhood and rob a house. He had no idea of who lived there. He robbed the house and shot a person in the house. Guess who's HOUSE it was? It was the house of a JUDGE in the same courthouse where the judge locked his Mother up. This happened in Troy North Carolina around 1995. The Mother of the child was front and center at that trial nearly LAUGHING at the court because of what they did to her just a few years earlier. Oh they wanted to give him life after that but the person he shot did not die. The Justice System is a JOKE!

@@FJB-TRUMP2024 Go tell that to the families of the murdered victims. I bet you don't even know your local judges and DAs who make plea bargains in your red republican states, do you? Republicans controlled the house, senate, and presidency between 2017 to 2021 so what happened to the border wall? Crime did not decrease under Trump's Administration. If it makes you sleep better at night to blame blue democrats and minorities for the crime problems, it's because those are the only places you chose to look. Therefore, keep dreaming and sleep well.

Just because they could not get a conviction before does not mean he was innocent at all…. It just means sorry state prosecutors couldn’t prove the case or some murderers and criminals do a good job of cleaning up their mess. And I believe he did.. I always felt he was guilty.. And here we go with him and a much younger girl again. See his pattern? Hopefully they get him this time.

This was known it was going to happen again. He was actually convicted, in prison, & his conviction overturned due to someone else coming forward & being an alibi. That was all made up, tried again & declared a mistrial, & the 3rd trial, the judge dismissed the case. He should have never been overturned, a jury of his peers found him to be the killer & convicted him.
