You have to understand the rating system to understand 7.9 is a monster score... 8.2 is the equivalent of a honest 10 if you seriously matched every place together. doing the same style... it's why a 7.9 can increase business a lot... if you get some people that hand out 10's all the time you can not understand what you are getting... there's no getting a 10 in that scoring system so 7.9 is going to bring people in alone... then you have the guy being like also, that then pushes it's over the edge.
