Obviously if a 16 year old is charged with a 2nd degree rape; then it's more than just what is at face value about the defendant. This means there is something else wrong with the child/minor and needs to be investigated including an investigation that allows the investigators to pull the parents of the child/minor into court as well.

He wasn't found guilty; he pled guilty which means he was probably offered a deal and pled guilty to a lesser charge. The other teens attending that school and their parents will receive no information regarding the rapist's identity or the circumstances surrounding the plea.

@@tarrenceflowers4070it’s not uncommon for governors or mayors to appoint people with different political backgrounds or beliefs, it’s about balance of powers. Hogan may have appointed this judge as you say, but it’s the political environment that allows unorthodox things like this to occur. In this case Baltimore city is a very blue and liberal jurisdiction, so they’ll allow weird garbage like this to happen. Honestly it’s disturbing that anyone would think that letting a rapist or sex offender back into a public school is even remotely appropriate.
