Absolutely ridiculous. Multiple people know who this man is and in addition to harming innocent cats, he also attacked a person and is actively harassing people. Seems like there are multiple people that can corroborate his behavior. So how much more evidence is "needed"?

This is something similar to what Dahmer did when he was a kid. I hope they catch whoever is doing this and put him in prison. It sounds like at least one of the people interviewed knows exactly who he is. With that information, it seems like the someone should be able to find him. I will never understand why some people like to kill animals, like this strange person.
