as a Filipino who loves watching true-to-life story movies, I salute you all for risking your lives for others. Even I'm not American, I just want to say, THANK YOU for your SERVICE.

That's why the US is the greatest nation on earth, men like that, even when their own leaders let them down.

I watched and rewatched this movie a dozen times, cause it A spits in the face of lying governments everywhere and B shows the absolute bad assery of these heros who love their country, and fight for freedom. 6 years later still my favorite movie EVER

I watched the film for the first time last month. My heart goes out to them because of the event they endured and their loss. I commend them for their telling of what happened despite their opposition. It truly shows where the devil is at.

It doesn't take rocket scientist to see how undermanned and defended the whole facility was. How could anyone think that there was anything covert about it! I worked in Libya as a civil engineer for 4 years up until Feb 17, 2011. Working 400 km south of benghazi helped us to get organized for getting out. In the couple of days it took to get from our camp to benghazi we heard all kinds of rumors regarding what was happening there. Fortunately me as a canadian I came under British evacuation. We left on a Sunday on the Northumberland, a frigate. From benghazi to Malta then home to Canada. It was an interesting process.

It's disgusting to me that when the fight pops off politicians cannot get out of the way of guys like these men and theor brothers to allow them to do their jobs when they need to do it.

Why didn't they even try to send help in the form of air cover from Sigonella NAS or Aviano Air Base? They were within easy range.

Help was sent such as a QRF and a couple f16 but they couldn’t get there in time

@@matttherat3681 Except that was not what Obama announced. He said he didn't want to offend the Libyans so he had the US military sit back and let them handle it. Our military had no idea how long the attack would continue, so they should have sent aid as soon as possible, no matter what.

Because we were running SAM missiles from Libya to terrorists in Syria. That was the purpose of the mission in Bengazi. That's why Hillary lied.

It's crazy these men were told to leave the facility that they would not be safe but refused to do what they were told then are told their heroes for disobeying orders and leaving because there would be no one to save them
