Regarding the unforunate story with the Fedex driver, he needs to file an EEOC compliant stating he has a hostile work environment. Fedex is not protecting him by placing him on the same route and their silence in this matter is very telling. If more individuals take this route there may be changes because those EEOC investigations are very thorough and there are penalities for violating federal codes more so than state law. Recently our only victories regarding racial injustices have been based on Federal statutes.
