The funny thing is, UNLV has one of the more "above board" NIL programs. They have their collective and require written contracts for all NIL agreements. Their collective put out a statement that Sluka nor his agent ever requested 100k until UNLV was 3-0, and they could then produce 0 evidence via writing, text, email from any UNLV coach that 100k was ever offered. UNLVs star WR isnt even getting 100k from the collective. No chance this kid was ever offered that kind of money.

This kid is a liar. He was never offered $100k by the collective. He damn sure didn’t have multiple D1 major program offers after holy cross. He said he had that offer in January, why didn’t he enroll in July? Why didn’t he get it in writing from the head coach? He didn’t because he never had a deal. The UNLV collective never had a nil deal with him until after he was named the starting QB. That agreement was for $3k a month and he wasn’t even agreed upon until late August! That $100k is a pipe dream.
