I just attended my first Latin mass after attending Novus Ordos for years. We finally moved to an area that has the TLM. I can never go back to the Novus Ordos. I have found the treasure that is being so hidden. My heart is aflame and I am reinvigorated and in love with something I didn’t know was missing. I’m so excited, I can’t even sleep! My 2 year old son told me he wanted to be an altar server for the TLM! Please keep doing what you’re doing! We need the resistance! Thank you.

In Burma Fr. James Mawdsley was badly beaten by prison guards. At one time he tells of a guard holding a gun in front of his face but Fr. Mawdsley did not back down. He continue to speak to the guard, the guard did back down. This Priest is so Holy and brave. Buy his book everyone. Great interview. Viva Cristo Rey

How was it possible to go to Mass for two years and never know about the Real Presence or that it was necessary to go to Confession before receiving Communion after leaving the Faith for a years? Sadly easy. I went to Mass every week for 18 years and Catechism for a few months every year for five years. I went to Confession once, made my First Holy Communion, was Confirmed, and knew no dogma, virtually nothing. When I was 18, I quit going to Mass as soon as I left home for university. After six months of hedonism, I realized my soul was empty. I then wandered in the desert of Protestantism until I was 47 years old. Thanks to an SSPX bishop, a priest, and the guidance of God who allowed me to sample every flavor of Protestantism and have it come up sour, I was brought into tradition in the course of 10 days! I’ve been here ever since! Pray that I persevere and never wander from the Path again! ❤️ 🙏🏼 ⛪️

This is a priest with guts. I am 71 and tired of the corruption, perversion and weakness of the church. It has been infiltrated by evil and compromisers that want the spoils of the donation box. It is good to see someone that has stood tall. I know how hard it is to fight off ethics and accountability and getting hammered. I never compromised truth but you pay a heavy price. At least I didn't sellout either. Keep up the good work guys.

"We need men growing up with good mothers" - in relation to men becoming good priests. I think father is right about that. When you get to listen to a lot of traditional Catholic priests, one thing you notice that they all have in common (besides the love of God) is that they all have/had good mothers that they hold in high esteem. No doubt, a majority of these same priests who grew up with incredible mothers, have a loving devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary. As a result, holy Mary keeps them close to her Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ, which is why these priests have the truth in them and are faithful. They are like St. John at the foot of the cross with Mary.

I think one of The Most beautiful things about the Catholic Faith is that when the mother of a priest dies, she is buried with the cloth that wrapped around her son’s hands at ordination that soaked up the sacred oils from them being consecrated. It’s held that any woman buried with that cloth will be taken straight to heaven by the blessed mother.

There have been absolutely no miracles, Eucharistic or otherwise in the Norvus Ordo sect. There have only been valid miracles in the Roman Catholic church, the Norvus Ordo is a man promulgated Protestantized new non Catholic religion. The Freemason's have always wanted the destruction of the RC church. They entered the seminaries and worked their way up the hierarchy ladder to destroy the church from within. You only have to look at what they do to know what they are; by their fruits you shall know them.

I became an alter boy in the mid-1960's and recall serving at Traditional Latin Masses in my parish. I also recall the seismic shift from the TLM to the Novus Ordo in 1969-70, where I went from being an alter server to playing the guitar at "folk masses." I'm in my mid-sixties now and I see how the change in liturgy was such a disservice to the faithful and what we've lost as a result. And it didn't just affect the faith of the young, it also affected the faith of their parents. I can recall my own father once asking a Novus Ordo Priest whether or not the Church still requires Confession. I assume the Priest either said "No" or that Confession was only necessary for serious sin, because I don't recall my father ever making a confession before he passed. I praise the Lord and thank our Blessed Mother for giving me the Grace to understand these things before the end of my own mortal life. I also thank you, Robert, for the very helpful posts on your KZbin channel!

Looking at Christ I saw my most menial of sins as wounds on His body, I was shown in my soul to go to confession before I could even attempt to accept the Eucharist, to be clear I was not Catholic at the time. I began asking priests to please hear my confession, during ‘cathechism’ people looked at my strangely because I struggle with my guilt. Even those born in Catholic families. It gives me great joy that father found this tradition and Robert lives it. I just wanted to testify to the truth of Catholic learning tradition and teaching. As a former yogi, agnostic, etc. Turn to Mary, pray she will always respond.

I can understand him almost going to Orthodoxy, I've been there myself. I couldn't do it. Even though the Church teaches that the Eastern Orthodox have valid orders, so their Sacraments are completely valid, along with a beautiful Eastern Liturgy (or Western in a few case) if I were to go to an Eastern Orthodox Church on Sundays, I would always think: "This doesn't fulfill my Sunday Mass obligation, I'm in mortal sin..." I would never "feel Orthodox" instead I would've felt like a "non-practicing Catholic."

Thank you for this discussion. One thing that has helped me immensely as I, too, have come from Novus Ordo, to fallen away, to relearning my faith, is Archbishop LeFebvre's book: An Open Letter to Confused Catholics. Not only does it discuss what is wrong with many of the modernist changes, but is a mini-catechism of how the Church used to be and why. It has increased my faith greatly and has been a great help along my journey back to the Eucharistic Christ.

Thanks for this excellent exchange of views and for giving us this valuable exposure to Fr Mawdsley’s theology. With regard and respect to your reminder that we must proceed with love in our endeavours towards rebuilding the Church, is there not a time at which we must expose ‘the elephant in the room’ and acknowledge that the problems we are experiencing go back 500 + years to the Protestant revolution and admit that the corroding influences of same are still devastating our Church - now more than ever. Has not the drive for Ecumenism not further crippled our Church through concession after concession in the quest for greater unity? All this, mind you, while the Anglicans continue to plumb the depths of depravity, with our popes and church leaders following them into the abyss. There must surely be a point at which naked truth must be employed to put a stop to the lies which are being propagated at various synods. This Priest has come through the fire and can therefore hold his head up and lead. We need more like him. God bless him

During that covid nonsense and fear was so high, this is when you need God most. So keeping Him from us was a huge attack on us.

I can't recommend Father Mawdsley's book enough, it is well written for us laity, dense, and so powerful. Thank you Father. p.s., great find with the book by Father Gihr, I've been looking for it myself! You were meant to have it, praise God.

As followers of Jesus Christ, our loyalty lies with Him rather than a compromised magisterium. The prevalence of heresy within the Church emphasizes the importance of obedience to Christ. One relevant verse is John 14:15, where Jesus says, "If you love me, keep my commandments." This highlights the significance of staying faithful to Christ's teachings as the ultimate authority.

This is my first time visiting your channel. Thank you so much for such a wonderful discussion. I have been wanting to attend the Traditional form of the mass. The closest is an hour away. Our diocese is limited on the Traditional form. The NO that I have been attending is leaving me dry. The secular music is not helping. Even though I believe our priests are very reverent, the congregation makes me cringe every time they clap at the end of the mass. It is not meant to be a form of entertainment! It should be a holy celebration of the Eucharist. Thank you again. May God bless you and Father.
