My grand son Gerald Richards was a skater when he was studying from l. K. G. To 5th standard when we were living chennai at that time. He also participated in the inter school competition and won a gold medal and certificate. After shifting to the present place a suburban area, in the school he finished his higher secondary education there is no skating. Now it is a long year since he has been skating. He has now finished his college degree B. Sc. Visual communication and going for a job temporarily. Nice to see you fr. John Paul with your skate board and skating. Keep it up. Thanks for this beautiful video. But I am not happy to the picture of the lamb of God Jesus upon whose sign and symbol you put your feet and stand may be because of our custom and way of brought make me quite uneasy and accept it.

You remind me when I was younger and decided to try for Skate America figure skating Level 4. I am an old lady now but some 40 plus years ago, I thought I could do it. I failed the final qualification round (I was 32 years old -- vying for a spot with 11 and 12 year olds.) I didn't make it, but I can proudly say I tried. You did a fantastic job and the board is just beautiful. So glad you were able to reconnect with something that brings you additional joy. Bless your heart.

Great job, Father! Your joy made me smile! This’ll be corny, but all I kept thinking while your beautiful, brown habit was swirling around you was, “ Father John Paul is truly a holy roller”, LOL. Sorry, but I just couldn’t help it! I agree about Motherboards amazing holy cards, etc…I stumbled on their website a few weeks ago while searching for “The Surrender Novena” prayers & Sacred Heart items…their quality is only exceeded by their beauty! Funny thing is, I didn’t know they made stuff for skateboarding. Silly me, I thought the ‘Mother’ in ‘Mother boards’ referred to our Blessed Mother, so when the beautiful, glossy image of Virgo Potens, (Virgin Most Powerful), I added to my order arrived I was puzzled because it looked like the backing peeled off so it could be stuck on a flat surface. Well, then it hit me that the ‘boards’ in Motherboards referred to skateboards! Their religious items are awesome & I’m so glad I found their site. Thanks for making me smile!
