I brought in some hydrangeas from a large shrub I have outside and put them in a vase They have started to dry and I was wondering if spray painting them would work. This answers my question. Thank you! 😁

I made hydrangea wreaths last year and the petals kept falling off. It was such a mess. I sprayed them with hair spray and a UV resistant clear coat ,but they still kept falling off. Do you have any suggestions?

Most likely a real flower as she said she had it in water and cut it the previous day.

Hi there, how are the textures of the flowers after being sprayed? I tried to hand paint my orchids with acrylic gold metalic paint as well as gold fabric metalic spray paint and it turned the flower almost paper like which is not good. It looks nice, but it also can't feel like paper because I am making these into hair flower clips and I don't want people saying it feels like paper or feels hard. I want want texture to stay soft.. Any tips of keeping the fabric of the flower soft when using metalic paint? I even tried mixing the metalic gold paint with water but the color did not look rich enough. Thanks

Are you painting artificial flowers? I would suggest to use spray paint instead of acrylic paint applied by brush. This way you get a more even coat. In the video they are spraying real flowers. For artificial flowers i would suggest getting acrylic spray paint.
