Finally! A video on this case that actually shows how to set it up! I've watched 30 or 35 other videos, and every last one either skips the "dirty work" entirely (which is precisely what we need to see) or shows it on fast-forward. Many thanks! (By the way - where's the link for the multibracket?)

Thanks. Very thorough review. I have the Fractal Design XL R2 now and want to get a smaller case for a custom water-cooled photo editing workstation with room for 5 disks.

If you haven't already pulled the trigger on a Define 7, I highly recommend you do. I have two (standard 7 not XL, White/TG) for gaming PC and storage/game server - swapped both solid side panels to the server, both glass on the gaming PC, and server gets all 12 drive sleds (two multi-brackets and two 2.5" SSD sleds spare if I need more). A pleasure to build in, in both normal and storage configuration.

A big plus for me is the removable top bracket. This allows for great access when building and routing.

I also used an IKEA screw driver on my Define 7 😂
