Thank you for explaining this, I wasn't sure of the difference! Most of the stuff I've made has been oil based (I keep forgetting to order absolutes from Eden that aren't pre-diluted in oil - had a couple disasters because of that, haha). I'm really looking forward to the next episode!

I made a big mistake when I first started perfume making. I thought FCO was soluble in alcohol and bought a few absolutes diluted in it from Eden Botanicals not understanding that. So now I have those waiting to be used in oil based perfumes only which sucks lol. Idk why Eden only offers them in fixed oil like that, they should try TEC or something.
