Fractured Space: TDS Leviathan Ship Guide and Tips

Can I make a small suggestion? When doing more of these guides, it would be interesting what other loadout choices are available, especially when talking about ships that have other loadout choices than light-standard-heavy. The Leviathan's Tempest Flamer for example. The fact that you don't need to spin it up and that it is not constantly firing may be interesting for new players who have not encountered the Flamer before and are wondering how it can shoot before they do. Another example is the Raider, with it's unique and interesting choice of missiles and damage support systems, aka Proxi-Mines, Mark Targets and Proxi-Grenades.

I noticed this in the video, you said the magma lance could be shot down by point defense. I have never seen that happen. Are some missiles harder to shoot down than others?

Vicious Chicken sry for late reply, yes the magma Lance is very hard to shoot down compared to other missiles. But since the magma Lance is only one missile compared to a whole missile barrage that seems fair. If you enable PD early it will almost always kill the magma Lance.

ECG, give the Levi's Tempest Cannons a nice fat smack with the buff bat. +50% dmg, lose the wind up timers, and let it fire 4 guns at a time, since it has 4 on each side. I know the top left only has 1 gun, but go ahead and give it 2...let it fire 22x4 instead of 22x3.

Why are the effects of the standard skin regularily switched with the Levi 426 skin effects? Nonetheless a beautiful ship. Again, ECG is at the very forefront of game design.

Or also Blue Noah's antiproton gun. I've only heard words "blue steel" before, I more prize spaceships, than naval ships. For me is also important soundtrack and believable technology (it will sound strange due to my original comment, but because WM/Dessler gun is so extremely overpowered, I little bit dislike it), so when I want to see epic naval sci-fi battles, my coice is Blue Noah.

Id say ARP is okay in that respect, mostly features a Klein Field which stores energy but needs to get released less the klein field collapses

it's slow as balls, you need to predict where conflicts are gonna happen, you'll never reach them in time

Luke Norman it's DPS is not as good as that of the destroyer and gladiator.

The Leviathan has forward firing burst damage and turns relatively slow. Use this to get into a position behind it and stay away from the forward firing beam and magma lance.
