I just stumbled on your channel. Thank you for this video. Floris is one of those perfumeries that somehow found me, and I love their style so much. They're very underrated, and that's one reason why I found myself so drawn to their fragrances. I have 4 of them so far. It's always nice to see someone acknowledge the brand because they don;t get spoken about very often, and it shows that those who appreciate them know that perfume is much more than just smelling of the strongest fragrance known to man.

Floris's Leather Oud is the first fragrance that I ever bought and I instantly fell inlove with it and I think it can combine beautifully with Honey Oud. Jeremyn street, Santal and Elite are other favourites from the house but can come across abit mature for somebody in their early 30s.

I have a couple of bottles from Floris: Honey Oud (which is just perfect) and 1976 (an oriental woody that announces itself without being gauche or too provocative). This house is one of London's finest secrets - even from the English.

I came across the brand recently on John Lewis and have been rather intrigued since. As I had zero knowledge of this brand, I was to a large degree hesitant. I have been on the lookout for a quintessential British brand in terms of men's profumery because I have always believed that this great country does offer a great deal in both fashion and lifestyle, but unfortunately most of this has remain hidden because of a lack of appreciation for one's own contribution to the world. I am very please that you have identity this brand and has promoted it as the true icon of British fashion heritage that it is! Great collection of Floris scents here! I'm pretty much exclusively Floris - it's so refined. I'm 62 years old, so I'm not looking for loud scents. I currently have: Floris No. 89, Special No. 127, Honey Oud, Santal, Elite, Jermyn Street, Neroli Voyage, and JF. I'm about out of JF and don't think I'll go back. I am rather keen on trying A Rose For..., which is supposedly unisex, and which is on sale for this-coming spring. Have you tried it? Any input would be great. For $110 USD for a 100 mL bottle, I don't think I could go wrong (Normally $235 USD). I may also try Chypress after your review, but A Rose For... comes first. Keep up the good work - and thanks for steering me away from Leather Oud. LOL! Ciao!

Geo F. Trumper after turning right... And DR Harris up on St. James's street. Paradises for performance, elegance and class in soaps, fragrances and shaving products. No hypes, no fashions...just the eternal longevity of good things. By the way, my favourite Floris are: n. 89, n. 127, Santal and JF. Thanks for the video. I've recently done a deep-dive into Floris Ltd. I hated Vert Fougère the first few times I wore it, but it grew on me and I prefer the dry-down to the opening. The opening does smell like someone is trying to disguise the smell of cannabis with room freshener. No. 89 is high on my list and Elite. I will definitely have to check out Santal, Leather Oud, Jermyn Street, and Bergamotto Di Positano soon.

Mulberry Fig is my absolute favorite 😍 I just adore it. such a fresh, clean, calming, soothing, natural scent. my personal Floris London favorites are no. 89, Elite, 007, and no. 127. Neroli Voyage to me kinda smelled like carpet fresher powder 😢 just wasn't a fan.

Currently wearing Santal for the first time. Very weak performance. Longevity is what I expect but this one is a whisper from the beginning to end. I get it that Floris is UNDERSTATED English gentleman DNA, but other of my Floris frags perform. Santal so far is a disappointment due to the performance. The scent is nice though. Elite, my favorite Floris - essentially a hybrid of Creed Bois du Portugal and Ralph Lauren Polo Green. Beautiful. I have Honey Oud and I now like it and its growing on me. The understated refined Floris DNA nature of it threw me at first when I was anticipating a honking sweet gourmand like Tobacco Vanille, Man Made 18.21 Sweet Tobacco or the like. I have Neroli Voyage and it is long lived. That Neroli is surprisingly loud and persistent for a Floris. I have No. 89, which, like Guerlain Habit Rouge, I didn't like at first. But I'm working on it and its growing on me. I mentioned Habit Rouge because they are of similar structure, but with No. 89 not having the creamy vanilla of the Guerlain. No. 89 is the quintessential mid-century English gentleman fragrance. I also have 1962 coming in the mail. I hope I like it.

J'ai eut beaucoup de compliments sur mon night scented jasmine, et mon Neroli voyage mais ils sont quand même doux. Honey oud a une très bonne tenue et est définitivement plus opulent ! Villoresi I can't compare but Penhaligons feels different as its much more intense, deeper and incense like ! Floris stays a bit more delicate and refined. The two are beautiful in a different way

I have Floris Elite, which may be the closest to a "Barbershop" fougere. It's my favorite Floris so far (I also have no. 89, Honey Oud and have just ordered Neroli Voyage). Elite is like a beautiful hybrid of Ralph Lauren Polo Green and Creed Bois du Portugal. Green and smooth, and very fougere-like.
