I love your videos and really appreciate that you use push sticks on your table saw. That's my biggest pet peeve with watching less-experienced people building out their vans/buses. Dear Michael and Rachel. I am watching this video from my hospital bed. I love how you two siblings get along as this was not the case with my family. My family did not accept my being gay and I was ostracized. When they found out I was diagnosed with aids they wanted even less to do with me. That was approximately 40 years ago and I have not heard from them since. As you both may know blood does not make a family. Love does. I have since met a man who acts more like a brother than any brother I ever had. We have been there for each other through thick and thin. We consider ourselves brothers/family. He was there when I got run over by a bus and went through several years of surgeries, and my three cancer diagnoses. When I was a little boy I would play at the beach making outlines of how I wanted my home to look when I grew up. I also did many drawings as well. I took cabinetmaking in college but was never able to practice as I got sick and was told I could not expect to live past the next two years in 1985. This was the time when people were dropping like flies due to HIV/AIDS. While we are poor and live and work part time on a farm in the Okanagan valley of British Columbia. We have a lease for the next couple of years which also provides us with a space to do our build. We have been saving money to do a build ourselves. We have saved a substantial amount of money (for us anyways) and your videos are proving to be helpful. Keep up the good work and making these videos. I sure enjoy seeing you two siblings as the love is quite evident. Be well and I am wishing you both a happy holiday season and a happy new year.

Rachel is so funny, love the charm she adds to the video's... I've gotta pull the engine outa my bus to do some needed leak fixes and broken exhaust manifold bolts... also going to go ahead and rebuild the front end components and probably brakes and tires all around... As Rachel would say, I wanna make sure "She Good" before I take off cross country.... Ivan is giving me so many awesome ideas for my build, I still get excited to walk outside and finally see a bus setting there.....!!!

Hi. My good friend for over 30 years died yesterday after a sudden cerebral hemorrhage. This year brought too many deaths in my life and I can't wait that it's over. Thank you for your videos! They are a vacation for my head, I can watch something *normal* like a school bus conversion 😋 and siblings pushing a beatle through the snow. 😁 I'm sure, a lot of us are sooo over 2020. When doing your scribing and you're making a template for the curve of the roof if when you get it close you take a washer put it flat against your template and a pencil in the middle of the washer you can make a perfect line to cut so theres no gaps between your wall and roof

I had actually found your twin bus to NAVI , same power train and Thomas body for $4500.00 , no rust . After dealing with camper fiberglass delam and rubber roof replacement , I wish I’d went the bus route . Maybe next time I guess . My kids and I enjoy your content , Keep up the good work.
