Great video! Historical note: In the introductory clip and from 5:35 to 5:45, the Stade de France can be seen on the left. This was the site of the final game of the 1998 World Cup (France beat Brazil 3-1 to win the cup), and more recently, the site of the first suicide bombings during the November 13 terrorist attacks.

The blue housing tower you can see on the left between 6:03 and 6:10 was part of the infamous Cité des 4000 housing project complex situated in La Courneuve, a former working-class inner suburb town situated north of Paris and a neighbouring town of Saint-Denis, where Stade de France is situated. This residential tower has been demolished in 2016-17.

Mirwais H I agree ! Highways in the NL are very clean and beautiful ! But I think in France they are not as clean as in the NL, since the French highways are more congested ! For example, the A4 is known for being the most congested highway in Europe and the périphérique is one of the most busiest road in the world !

It's not for this reason: credits allowed to DIR IF (organization for maintenance of national roads and toll-free motorway in Paris region) is very low, so they don't lit, don't cut vegetation, don't repair callboxes, don't clean WC regularly. They work in minimal mode (lowest-priced roadworks, with sometimes malformations)

That’s becose life in Paris is different than other places in France. Everything is more expensive, but you also gain more money. But the problem is that an expensive car only causes more trouble, witch costs more money. Just like bikers who ram into your car, (which I saw a lot when I use to live in Paris.)
