France is a great team but have 2 big problems: 1. Their coach do too many mistakes in the defence strategy. 2. They lack their excellent point guard thomas huertal. He is a great passer and shooter.

I don’t think it’s a matte rod missing Huertal. It’s a matter of having a strategy that is too prédictive. You already know who’s going to take the next shot when Wemby is on the floor. Also they lack defensive positioning, not from the coach but some players don’t make any effort like on the basket by Daniels on front of De Colo

Well with what they’ve shown in these exhibition games I would say that they’re kinda overrated. They lost all but 2 games and have many flaws starting with coaching. The rim protection with wemby and gobert is elite but the wings and guards beside coulibaly lack talent. They’re either good at defending or shooting but not both at the same time
