No more Tim's for us, coffee is NEVER the same, dark roast was usually burned/old, cups are garbage and leak, lids don't work properly, order was usually wrong even though it's JUST coffee, donuts are the size of quarters and flavorless, staff don't understand you at the drive thru because you're speaking English.

Not only Tim Hortons are no longer a Canadian Company they also no longer hire actual Canadians any longer either other than hiring people from India under the foreign worker program so Tim Hortons can save millions on cost of labour because Tim Hortons is able to pay these immigrants less than the cost of hiring a Canadian.

At T.H. in Buffalo, there are typically 3 within a 1.5 miles radius with 10-15 cars in line at each every morning. Their quality and customer service has steadily declined, with some stores closing early due to staff shortages. The chain was named after a drug-addled Buffalo Sabre who died in a high speed crash in Canada.

Tim Horton was a considerably better man than your flippant description. He made his name as a Toronto Maple Leaf, where had a big role in 4 (yes, 4) Stanley Cups. He was named to the NHL All Star First Team 3 times and the Second Team 3 times. His jersey number, 7, has been retired by the Leafs.

I wish Dunki Donuts would return to Canada. I wish Krispy Cream would come to Canada. I’m so fed up (pardon the pun…) with horton’s.. When they switched from baked in house to frozen/parbaking (what ever the hell that is…) I gradually began my quiet quitting of that formally Canadian downhill destined for extinction restaurant chain.

Owners have fiefdoms-the owner of all the locations in greater Victoria-he owned all 67 locations. No other franchise owner in the area-he shut them out. Tim's tends to do that more than any other franchisor. All the franchisees may need to unite to fight the evil consortium.

In our town alot of business have been taken over in same way and there not cutting it either shoukd be closed down soon tertible food and service. KFC is the worst omg its discusting. We have no chicken place antmore Mary Browns was taken over to then swiss chalet closed and we got chucks roadhouse lol. I agree with what you're saying regarding selling franchises to just about anyone. Most of these immigrants are indeed clueless, and this is a large part of the reason why the customer service has declined. That being said, your comment is littered with spelling and grammatical errors. Is English your first language, or are you one of these clueless immigrants you speak of?
