The beauty and Spirit of the Highlands stirred genetic memory in me like I never knew could be experienced. I will visit in September of 2025 if God preserves me and I can hardly wait. I went to four of his restaurants. A chef that used to work for him. Was a chef at a finca in Mendoza Argentina. Her food was way better than anything I ate at his restaurants.
