Came here because of Chef's Table. Really like his idea of feminine intuition when it comes to steak. This guy is a master when it comes to understanding meat.

+M3ta1 He was my favorite chef out of all of them because he never seemed too full of himself about the food he made. I also like his "simplistic" way of cooking that highlights the beauty of both the act of cooking and the interactions you have with the people you enjoy it with. The respect he has for the animals and vegetables he uses is incredible and everything looks so delicious
