I had the opportunity to meet Francis In 2018 a week after his loss to Derek Lewis. I was at the vegas airport waiting for a connecting flught and saw him. I approached him nervously, he had his headphones in so I had to signal to him that I wanted to photo. He seemed confused at first, but then realized what I was asking For and humbly abliged. I then proceeded to tell him how I felt bad for his loss the previous week but told him how I had no doubt he would be champion one day. I looked at me blankly and then went on to apologize to me? I didn’t understand but he was saying sorry for letting me down. Never in my life would I expect a ufc fighter to be so real with me.

@Langdon Alger There is difference between being a fighter and being a coach. Thats why fighters needs coaches you know, obviously you dont know so.. "Technique and experience" - you dont know that either. Mike is short and stocky, Ngannou is almost 2 meters. Their styles are different as day and night. You think it would be good that Mike Tyson, who never coached anyone, should jump from never coaching, to coaching a heavyweight pro bout? + Coaching someone who is totally different built from himself? IF I have to tell you these things, it's obvious you are casual. And as said, casuals dont know shit.

But smart enough to not box and damage the brain (only idiots actually competes in boxing, the smarter ones compete in MMA). With their intelligence, they would analyze and so on, becoming COACHES. And as said earlier, Mike Tyson and Ngannou dont have similar body types = different boxing styles. Learn something casual.
@ragnar87714 жыл бұрын
@@nr1NPC yes and no. majority of good trainers in boxing were mediocre boxers but guess what, top boxers doesnt train usually cause they got enough money, i would say francis has the same style as mike tyson, only like an amateur level, he swinging hooks and uppercuts as mike and goes for the kill, but mike's style could work for francis if he goes to boxing , cause all the boxers are bigger than him , francis is like 1.93 , while fury , joushua and weilder are 2 m, so it could work especially when u are a heavy puncher,
