Lewis Level advantages are disabled. when I was a low level I was killing lvl 27s and 28s and now that I am a high level I still get killed by lvl 2s and 3s. don't blame the game bc your bad at it.

It's hilarious (and pretty damn crazy) that Destiny was sold purely on HYPE. Sony's aggressive marketing of the PS4 with Destiny made everyone, Xbox fans included, so hyped-up about this game that 90% of its sales were blind pre-orders. "Francis" is right; the entire game is a constant grind. Back-tracking upon back-tracking! Not to mention the leveling system is nuts; you've got to put at least 30 hours or more into the game before it even "opens up" and then there's hardly any story to keep it interesting! This game was a total disaster for the gaming world on both sides; the gamers got a shitty game and the publishers & developers now [obviously] feel like they can release purified shit games and still make tons of money. Epic failure =(

As far as *Bloodborne* & From Software are concerned, IMO they hit this one out of the park; home-run! tom bill yeah, I did, but I also pay attention to good stories where a hero is such because he possesses some unique quality or is in a unique circumstance to effect change. MC is told the universe has great things in store for him, but he's merely an upgraded version of the soldiers around him. He's not special, but he's told he is, and from there a series of events are built around him. Halo relies on repeating epic cliche's rather than creating complex characters with interesting motivations.

And no, it doesn't make him cosmically special. I know everything thinks MC is fantastic. the fact is when you put your grown up pants on, and read books and lots of other more mature stuff, MC is a cardboard standup and not a fleshed out person. The writer for Halo had no experience when he did it, and zero qualifications... and it shows. Mystique in place of motivation, enigmatic instead of interesting, and scale in place of personality. I don't care so much that he's flat and boring. Just don't go expecting Destiny to be great when Halo is where it came from. Bungee doesn't tell stories... they set up vague lore, and design cool costumes...period.

I might not be giving it a fair shake, and I'll add that it definitely is more fun with friends, but I'm a "sell high" kind of guy. I just picked up Shadows of Mordor and Forza Horizon 2 yesterday, so I expect those to eat up all my time until Sunset, then CoD, Far Cry, Master Chief Collection, Assassins Creed etc. I might pick it up again after the holiday rush, but since my best friend decided he's not getting it until later on, there's not much incentive to keep playing alone.

I don't blame Bungie for their mistakes; they should have had more time. I blame Activision for ruining Destiny's release. I really enjoy how multiple companies have been caught selling games with on-disk dlc. They just keep on doing it, they don't even care if someone discovers it cause they know gamers will yell and scream and then obediently hand over $25 for the thing they were JUST bitching about. Just like kids on XBL they can sit and talk shit all day but when it comes time to actually DO something bitches get real quiet, real quick. I'm glad I broke myself from the game habit. I might buy one or two titles a year. I mostly read books now and so far I've never gotten a book with multiple chapters stapled shut and a ad trying to sell me a staple remover so I can 'Get more of the story'. I honestly don't know why someone hasn't sued these companies for selling incomplete products yet.

It all boils down to blatant profiteering from companies that have enough capital to produce completed games but choose not to so as to generate even more money. There is little to no creative spirit left in major new release titles. It's all about who can rack up the biggest pre-sales, biggest release sales and then the largest sales of DLC content for the next few years until they rinse and repeat.

You're trolling right? First off, the story is as simple as this. You have three enemies. The fallen, the hive, and the vex. You are one of the last guardians on earth and your job is to defeat enemies that are threat to the last city on earth (the tower). Second, All currencies correspond to their factions. Crucible marks give you crucible items. Vanguard marks give you vangaurd items and so on so forth. Third, this game gives you random items for a reason. This is so people who roast in the Crucible don't get over powered items while the weaker players get trashed. Fourth, know one is forcing you to do the vault of glass so stop complaining about that. Fifth, The engram reward system is patched so you always get the item that it says you will get and a higher chance of getting the next reward level. If you don't like a game don't play it. You did not give me one legitimate reason in this video that will make me stop playing the game

Danny G I've done my research I have a pretty good idea of what has happened. There were 7 planets. More earth locations. The game was going to have mass effect decision making. Each faction would have it's own campaign with cinematics and you there was originally 5 factions, Xur and the Nine were the fifth race aka the darkness but were trivialised. The Traveler was the one that brought the darkness to earth and the myths of it being a god bring us technology was a lie. Also the Queens brother was actually the crow originally and was replaced by the stranger. Also in the beginning each race had it's own intro, the one you get in the retail version is the exo intro. Aaaand to top everything off there was supposed to be player trading and more player interaction. All that was meant to be on the disk on day 1. Does this please you?

Sadly, this reminds me of the Old School MMOs that make you farm for DAYS on end, with little reward to show for it. I personally love Destiny. Love how I truly have to work to get these Legendary loots (whether by drop or just buy the thing which is a solution for you ragers, not that hard). The Crucible is always fun cause I'm challenged like crazy, and all the Supercharges or OP but then that makes them in a way ok since u only get them like 2-3 times and ur not always guaranteed a multi-kill. The story is whatever, beat it but didn't buy the game for that, still liked it though not mad about it. It's a 8/10 game for me.

Every time i get a Legendary Engram its for a different class Ive been stuck at lvl 24 FOREVER cuz I cant get 1 Fucking Legendary for MY class.... 1. yes the cryptarc is a dbag, but if you want stuff, try a faction. i got a pair of boots and a chestpiece from fwc and it helped me sooooo much( till i got the raid versions) just grind crucible otherwise do the same on the vaguard if you suck at crucible. also see if you can get 2 friends to help you through the night fall 1ce or twice.
